This study focus on education approach which is integrated holistic education approach to develop human potential holistically and it’s impact on creative and innovative thinking in product development among art and design students. The methodology that has been used is experimental method in social science. The thesis has produce theoretical framework for spiritual development process in education, courseware, 2 books and a lot of articles. Furthermore, the product from this thesis has won 2 medals which is, bronze medal during Malaysia Technology Expo Kuala Lumpur in 2010 and silver medal during Inatex 2009

Industrial Training Program For Academic Staff: As an academician, experience on field is very important. Therefore, I have followed this program for one year from 1 January 2014 until 31 December 2014 at Kolej Vocational Kuatan. To be in school as a doctor and the only doctor give me a good experience and vey challenging. The simple conclusion from the industrial training experience is “the major problem in our education system is the implementation process”. There are a lot of aspect that should be improve for example educator self-understanding about the philosophy of education, teaching and learning technique to translate the education philosophy into teaching and learning process, the idea of good human being or principle of life that should be inculcate in our children or new generation and so on. Industrial training as a doctor in social science give me a lot of opportunity to meet our society at every level from adult to teenagers or from higher education level to ordinary village people and also develop good networking with them. Therefore, I do learn a lot on how to be creative in knowledge sharing program with them. With this experience I believe I can contributes more to the society to develop a better ummah in future, insyaAllah.

POST-GRADUATE LEVEL:
1. Philosophy and Principles in Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) The purpose of this subject is to develop students’ self understanding about meaning of education, philosophy, education philosophy and Technical and Vocational Education Philosophy and principles. Students also encourage to do mini research to explore educators understanding level about TVET philosophy and the implementation in teaching and learning process. Furthermore, students potential, holistic and integrated education approach and the implementation in teaching and learning activities also have been discussed.
2. Curriculum Development in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) In order to enhance post graduate students’ self-understanding level about the implementation of philosophy in TVET, the students will learn about curriculum development and its models. The students will encourage to develop their critical thinking and their TVET curriculum model creatively and innovatively.
