Traditie si gust autentic romanesc
Regulile casei
Portile noastre se deschid in timpul saptamanii la orele 9 ale diminetii si
se inchid la plecarea ultimului insetat.
Sambata si duminica ne mai odihnim si noi si ne gasiti acia incepand cu
orele 10.
Pentru cine se trezeste de dimineata, micul dejun sanatos si copios, il
servim pana la orele 12 ale amiezii.
Meniul de pranz se serveste intre orele 12.30 si 16.00, in masura
disponibilitatii.
Pentru ca ne apreciem clientii, deliciile culinare pe care le pregatim sunt
intotdeauna proaspete si prepararea lor dureaza intre 20 si 45 de minute.
Contam pe intelegerea dumneavoastra si va garantam ca rezultatul final
merita asteptarea.
Oaspetii un pic mai veseli ii vom cinsti cu un pahar rece de apa si o cafea
fierbinte. Ospatarii nostrii vor fi incantati sa va ajute cu comandarea unui
taxi.
Preparatele de panificatie (paine, strudele, tarte etc), preparatele care
contin legume , fructe sau peste pot fi obtinute din produse
congelate/decongelate. Va rugam intrebati ospatarul!
Preparatele pot contine ingrediente alergene (cu titlu de exemplu: nuci,
oua, ciocolata, gluten, drojdie, migdale, susan etc). Va rugam intrebati
ospatarul!
Din Horezu pana in
inima Bucurestiului
Dezvoltarea asezarilor horezene este legata de traseele de
transhumanta, de drumurile haiducilor, care traversau zona precum
si de drumul sarii care "pornea de la Ocnele Mari, trecea prin
Pietrarii de Jos si din Horezu continua catre Slatioara si ajungea la
Cernesti".
Localitatea, astazi orasul Horezu, este atestata documentar într-un
hristov apartinând domnitorului Vlad Calugarul din anul 1487, care
pomenea de satul Hurez.
Denumirea actuala provine de la numele de "ciuhurez", pasare
asemanatoare bufnitei care populeaza padurile din jur. Numele de
Hurezi a apartinut initial actualei localitati componente Romani de
Jos, pe valea raului cu acelasi nume, despre care se fac mentiuni
documentare in secolul XV-lea. La sfarsitul secolului XVII-lea este
mentionata documentar cifra de 100 de locuitori rumani in satul
Romani de Jos.
Aici, la Romani de Jos domnul martir Constantin Brancoveanu,
construieste o manastire care reprezinta o sinteza a artei si maestriei
poporului roman pana in acel timp, Manastirea Horezu, constructie
care s-a facut între anii 1690-1693. A tarnosit-o la 8 septembrie
1693. Manastirea Hurezi inaltata in 1693 de Constantin Brancoveanu, a
fost inclusa in 1995 in patrimoniul UNESCO.
HOREZU PUB Inspirat din cultura si traditia capitalei ceramicii
romanesti, Horezu Pub aduce in Bucuresti simboluri
traditionale romanesti, folosite in ceramica de Horezu,
delicii specifice zonei si gustul mancarii preparate
pe’ndelete, ca la mama acasa.
Credem in pastrarea si continuitatea traditiilor romanesti.
Din inima Olteniei, aducem branza, palica, zacusca,
muraturi, dulceata si miere. Totul pentru un gust autentic,
specific unei zone de pastorit.

From Horezu to the
heart of Bucharest
The development of Horezu settlements is closely linked to the
transhumance routes, to the outlaws„s routes who crossed the area
and the salt road who “begun from Ocnele Mari, passed through
Pietrarii de Jos and from Horezu continued towards Slatioara and
ended at Cernesti”.
Rural settlement, today the city of Horezu, was first attested in a
documentary belonging to the ruler Vlad the Monk from the year
1487, who mentioned the Hurez village.
The actual name originates from the name “ciuhurez”, a bird similar
to the owl, who inhabit the surrounding forests. The name Hurez
belonged initially to the actual village Romani de Jos, on the valley of
the river with the same name, which was documentary mentioned in
the 15th Century.
At the end of 17th Century it is mentioned the number of 100
Romanian inhabitans in the village Romani de Jos.
Here at Romani de Jos, the martyr ruler Constantin Brancoveanu
build a convent which portrays a synthesis of the art and
craftsmanship of Romanian people of that time. This convent was
build between 1690 and 1693 and was included in 1995 in the
UNESCO patrimony.

Carnati de casa facuti in ograda noastra de la tara dupa reteta familiei, cu usturoi, boia
de ardei si tinuti la afumat si zvantat pan‟ sunt gata de pus in farfurie. Mai puseram si
muschiulet de porc afumat, slanina taraneasca, zacusca de vinete, branza de burduf si
ceapa frecata cu sare.
Langa asa un festin, parca ar intra si un paharel de tuica.
Platter for two from Oltenia
Home-made sausages from our village, made after the family recipe, with garlic and
spicy chilly powder. We also added some smoked pork muscle, peasant ham,
vegetable stew, ewe cheese and salty onion.
Next to such a feast, it could easily go a glass of “Tuica”.
