Edital para o Programa de Estágio em Laboratórios de Universidades integrantes do Consórcio UAS7
O Magnífico Reitor da Unisinos, no uso de suas atribuições legais e estatutárias, torna público o edital de inscrição e pré-seleção de
estudantes para o Programa de Estágio em Laboratórios de Universidades integrantes do Consórcio UAS7 para o segundo semestre
de 2018. O programa promove esforços e incentiva a mobilidade de estudantes de graduação.
O UAS7 é uma rede composta por sete universidades alemãs da área de ciências aplicadas, comprometidas com a excelência
acadêmica, englobando mais de 91.000 alunos e 2.200 professores das mais diversas áreas. Fazem parte da rede as seguintes
universidades: Berlin School of Economics and Law, Bremen City University of Applied Sciences, Hamburg University of Applied
Sciences, TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences, Munich University of Applied Sciences, Münster University of Applied Sciences e
Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.

Este edital regulamenta o processo seletivo do Programa de Estágio em Laboratórios de Universidades integrantes do Consórcio
UAS7, o qual não oferece bolsas de estudos. O estudante em mobilidade selecionado para esse programa tem isenção de
mensalidades na instituição / laboratório parceiro. No entanto, todos os demais gastos envolvidos com a viagem e a matrícula na
Unisinos são de responsabilidade do estudante.

2.1.3 DOCUMENTOS1:
O candidato deverá encaminhar junto a sua inscrição os seguintes documentos:
Formulário de Inscrição, conforme Anexo I, devidamente preenchido (exceto para inscrições online);
Histórico Escolar, atualizado e completo, onde constem as disciplinas em que se matriculou para 2017/2;
Comprovante de domínio de língua, de acordo com as exigências especificadas no item 1, através das seguintes opções:
o Teste de nivelamento do UNILÍNGUAS2; ou

2.2 SEGUNDA ETAPA
A segunda etapa consiste na inscrição dos candidatos homologados pela Unisinos no sistema do UAS7, realizada exclusivamente via
e-mail por meio do preenchimento do formulário de inscrição e envio eletrônico de documentação complementar. A inscrição deverá
ocorrer conforme os prazos estabelecidos pelo UAS7, não ultrapassando o prazo de 19 de janeiro.
2.2.1 DOCUMENTOS:
No momento da inscrição, o candidato deverá encaminhar a seguinte documentação em arquivos no formato PDF:
Fórmulario de candidatura preenchido (disponibilizado posteriormente aos alunos homologados);
Cópia do currículo em inglês e/ou alemão;
Carta de motivação em inglês e/ ou alemão;
Carta de recomendação de um professor da Unisinos;
Cópia do Histórico Escolar traduzido para o inglês.
Após o envio da inscrição online, é necessário aguardar o retorno do UAS7, informando ou não o aceite para a realização das
atividades no Exterior.
3. DOS REQUISITOS PARA HOMOLOGAÇÃO NA UNISINOS
Para participar da segunda etapa do processo seletivo, é necessário, em primeiro lugar, ser homologado pela Unisinos. Para isso, é
necessário cumprir os seguintes requisitos:
3.1 Estar regularmente matriculado em um curso de graduação da Unisinos no semestre em que ocorre o processo seletivo,
conforme as áreas descritas no item 1.
3.2 Apresentar documentação de inscrição completa dentro do prazo de inscrição, conforme previsto no item 2.1. Estudantes
que não apresentarem a documentação completa em processos seletivos abertos pela Unisinos terão sua inscrição
automaticamente cancelada.
3.3 Ter idade mínima de 18 anos.
3.4 Ter nacionalidade brasileira ou estrangeira com situação regular no país.
3.5 Estudantes que anteriormente participaram de programa de mobilidade internacional regido por edital da Unisinos só
serão considerados no presente processo seletivo caso não haja inscritos suficientes que atendam às exigências
específicas deste edital e desde que a soma do período em que esteve no Exterior e do programa com seleção em aberto
não ultrapasse o máximo de 24 meses.
3.6 Ser estudante regular da Unisinos e ter integralizado até o semestre anterior ao processo seletivo, no mínimo, 30% e, no
máximo, 90% do curso em que está atualmente matriculado.
3.7 Estudantes com aproveitamento de estudos em atividades cursadas em outras instituições de ensino superior devem ter
concluído até o semestre anterior à seleção, no mínimo, 20 (vinte) créditos do curso na Unisinos.

3.8 Apresentar, durante o período de inscrições no processo seletivo do programa, Coeficiente de Rendimento Acadêmico
(CRA) igual ou superior a 6,0 (seis), conforme valor disponível no portal Minha UNISINOS3.
3.9 Apresentar preferencialmente proficiência a partir de B2 ou conforme previsto nas vagas descritas no item 1.
3.10 Estar com todos os compromissos financeiros com a universidade quitados durante o período de inscrições no processo
seletivo do programa.
Somente os alunos que atenderem a todos os requisitos citados serão avaliados pela Unisinos.
A homologação final será realizada pela equipe da Unidade Acadêmica da Graduação (UAGRAD) responsável pela Mobilidade
Acadêmica Internacional e pela Coordenação do convênio com o UAS7, de acordo com os critérios previstos no item 4.
4. DOS CRITÉRIOS DE DEFINIÇÃO DA CLASSIFICAÇÃO FINAL DOS CANDIDATOS HOMOLOGADOS NA UNISINOS
1.1. Desempenho na Entrevista.
1.2. Melhor Coeficiente de Rendimento, conforme valores disponibilizados no portal Minha Unisinos.
1.3. Maior domínio do idioma (Inglês ou Alemão).
1.4. Maior número de créditos do curso em que está atualmente matriculado concluído no semestre anterior à abertura do
processo seletivo, respeitando o máximo de 90%.
1.5. Maior idade.
A lista de classificação final se dará através da verificação de todos os requisitos dispostos no item 3.
5. DA DIVULGAÇÃO DA CLASSIFICAÇÃO NA UNISINOS
A lista de classificação será divulgada aos estudantes pela Unidade Acadêmica de Graduação (UAGRAD) por meio eletrônico a partir
das 17h do dia 11/12/2017.
6. DA ACEITAÇÃO
Uma vez que a candidatura for homologada pela Unisinos e após o envio dos documentos para o UAS7, o estudante deverá
aguardar o contato do UAS7 quanto ao aceite ou não de sua candidatura, a qual poderá ser enviada pelo UAS7 à UAGRAD ou
diretamente ao aluno. Caso a carta de aceitação seja recebida pela UAGRAD, o estudante será imediatamente informado.
É importante levar em consideração que as universidades de destino possuem prazos diferenciados para dar um retorno ao
UAS7 após a candidatura. Em média, esse retorno se dá no período de um mês.
Após a liberação da carta de aceite da universidade de destino, o estudante estará oficialmente apto para realizar seu período
de atividades no Exterior.

7. DOS ENCAMINHAMENTOS APÓS O ACEITE
7.1 Na universidade de destino:
a) Após o aceite pela universidade de destino / laboratório, será de responsabilidade do estudante realizar todos os
encaminhamentos solicitados pela instituição (envio de outros documentos, matrícula etc.). As comunicações são
realizadas diretamente pela instituição estrangeira com o estudante. As universidades estrangeiras não
flexibilizam prazos, sendo obrigatório o cumprimento dos mesmos.
7.2 Obtenção de visto de estudante:
a) É de responsabilidade do estudante providenciar o visto adequado às atividades acadêmicas no país de destino,
conduzindo todas as etapas e os processos e cobrindo os custos relacionados à obtenção do documento.
b) Cabe ao estudante entrar em contato com o consulado do país de destino para solicitar esclarecimentos.
c) Caso o visto seja negado pelas autoridades responsáveis do país de destino, cabe ao estudante decidir se
entrará com recurso junto ao consulado e reencaminhar o processo. A Unisinos não intervem em nenhuma etapa
desse processo.
d) Estudante que possua dupla-cidadania deverá contatar a universidade de destino para verificar qual é o
procedimento exigido.
7.3 Acomodação:
a) É de responsabilidade do estudante providenciar a sua acomodação na cidade de destino.
b) Recomenda-se que o estudante hospede-se em um dos locais indicados pela universidade de destino.

9. DAS OBRIGAÇÕES DO ESTUDANTE
9.1 O estudante selecionado pelo Programa de Estágio em Laboratórios de Universidades integrantes do Consórcio UAS7
está ciente de que:

a) Para sua participação efetiva no Programa, deverá assinar o Termo de Adesão, disponível no Anexo II, após o
recebimento de sua carta de aceitação da universidade de destino pelo UAS7;
b) Permanecer matriculado em atividade acadêmica de mobilidade internacional oferecida por seu curso de
graduação na Unisinos.
c) Efetuar o pagamento equivalente ao número de créditos que serão aproveitados na Unisinos, ao longo do período
no Exterior, de acordo com matrícula específica.
d) Em caso de atividades de estágio obrigatório, seguir as orientações disponíveis no site do Unisinos Carreiras
(www.unisinos.br/carreiras) para estágios internacionais.
e) Obter seu passaporte na autoridade responsável.
f) Obter seu visto nas representações consulares do país de destino no Brasil.
g) Arcar com eventuais despesas com obtenção de passaporte, visto, traduções de documentos, inscrições para
teste de proficiência do idioma etc.
h) Antes do início da viagem, contratar um seguro de viagem internacional para todo o período de permanência no
Exterior, com cobertura mínima de: (a) despesas médicas, hospitalares e odontológicas; (b) repatriação ou
transporte em caso de acidente ou enfermidade; e (c) repatriação funerária.
i) Providenciar os transportes necessários para a cidade de destino.
j) Providenciar sua acomodação no Exterior.
k) Enviar à UAGRAD o Formulário de Chegada em até 10 dias após a chegada no Exterior.
l) Apresentar bom desempenho acadêmico nas atividades acadêmicas cursadas no Exterior.
m) Enviar à UAGRAD o Formulário de Avaliação de Retorno em até 10 dias após o retorno do Exterior.
n) Solicitar o aproveitamento das atividades acadêmicas cursadas no Exterior junto ao Atendimento Unisinos
mediante a apresentação do histórico escolar original emitido pela instituição estrangeira, a descrição do sistema
de avaliação realizado e as ementas das atividades acadêmicas.

7do Consórcio UAS7 ficará a cargo da universidade de destino e do UAS7, uma vez atendidas às exigências da
instituição, não tendo a Unisinos nenhuma gerência sobre o processo.
10.2 A participação do estudante não caracteriza transferência de vínculo da Unisinos para as universidades constantes no
Programa.
10.3 Por ocasião do convênio existente entre a Unisinos e as universidades participantes deste edital, o estudante efetua o
pagamento dos créditos para a Unisinos. Poderão ser cobradas eventualmente taxas na universidade de destino,
referentes a transporte, uso de academias de ginástica, cursos de idiomas, biblioteca etc. Nesse caso, o pagamento é
realizado diretamente na universidade de destino.
10.4 Eventuais despesas com obtenção de visto, traduções de documentos, inscrições para teste de proficiência do idioma,
retirada de passaporte, taxa de pagamento para transferência bancária etc., assim como todos os valores gastos durante
a viagem, serão de responsabilidade do próprio candidato.

10.5 Todos os contatos com a Unisinos e com a universidade de destino deverão ser realizados exclusivamente pelo
estudante, sem a intervenção de terceiros (exceto em caso de representante portador de Procuração devidamente
registrada).
10.6 Todos os contatos dos estudantes com a Unisinos devem ser realizados junto à UAGRAD pelo e-mail
[email protected]. Não serão realizados esclarecimentos por telefone.
10.7 Durante o período de permanência no Exterior, o estudante deverá manter contato periódico com a UAGRAD para
acompanhamento das atividades e solução de eventuais dificuldades através do e-mail [email protected].
10.8 Em caso de desistência do programa, o estudante selecionado deverá enviar uma declaração para o e-mail
[email protected] informando os motivos de sua decisão.
10.9 Os casos omissos serão resolvidos pela UAGRAD da Unisinos.

Acadêmica Internacional UNISINOS, n. 14/2017, para o Programa de Mobilidade UNISINOS, após ter sido selecionado pela
Unidade Acadêmica de Graduação (UAGRAD) e pela universidade de destino, venho, através do presente termo, ADERIR ao
referido Programa.
Aceito e concordo voluntariamente com os termos abaixo descritos e estou ciente de que devo:
a) Permanecer matriculado em atividade acadêmica de mobilidade internacional oferecida em meu curso de graduação
na UNISINOS;
b) Efetuar o pagamento dos créditos equivalentes às atividades de mobilidade acadêmica internacional definidos pelos
critérios da Unidade Acadêmica de Graduação e informados em Edital de seleção;
c) Assinar o Termo de Adesão ao Programa, quando exigido pela instituição financiadora;
d) Obter o passaporte na autoridade responsável;
e) Obter o visto nas representações consulares do país de destino no Brasil;
f) Arcar com eventuais despesas com obtenção de passaporte, visto, traduções de documentos, inscrições para teste de
proficiência do idioma etc;
g) Antes do início da viagem, contratar um seguro de viagem internacional para todo o período de permanência no
Exterior, com cobertura mínima de: (a) despesas médicas, hospitalares e odontológicas; (b) repatriação ou transporte
em caso de acidente ou enfermidade; e (c) repatriação funerária;
h) Providenciar os transportes necessários para a cidade de destino;
i) Providenciar minha acomodação no Exterior;
j) Enviar à UAGRAD o Formulário de Chegada em até 10 dias após a chegada no Exterior;
k) Apresentar bom desempenho acadêmico nas atividades acadêmicas cursadas no Exterior;
l) Enviar à UAGRAD o Formulário de Avaliação de Retorno em até 10 dias após o retorno do Exterior; e

m) Solicitar o aproveitamento das atividades acadêmicas cursadas no Exterior junto ao Atendimento UNISINOS mediante
a apresentação do histórico escolar original em papel timbrado, contendo as disciplinas, notas, créditos e carga
horária correspondente, a descrição do sistema de avaliação realizado e as ementas das atividades acadêmicas.
Além disso, comprometo-me a:
1) Assumir total responsabilidade sobre minha saúde e possíveis riscos que possam acontecer no país de destino.
2) Aceitar que não estarei sob a guarda e responsabilidade da UNISINOS e que a mesma não é responsável por
quaisquer inconvenientes que aconteçam comigo na viagem e após a chegada ao país de destino.
3) Aceitar que devo respeitar a legislação, a cultura e os costumes do país de destino e agir adequadamente durante a
minha permanência em seu território, respeitando ainda os horários e normas internas do local da acomodação e da
instituição de ensino.
4) Abster-me de portar, intermediar ou consumir substâncias entorpecentes ou ilícitas, armas de fogo, assim como
praticar quaisquer atividades que impliquem risco a minha vida ou integridade física.
5) Arcar com eventuais prejuízos causados pela minha impossibilidade de embarcar na data prevista.
6) Aceitar e concordar que a UNISINOS não assume qualquer responsabilidade em relação aos serviços de transportes,
alimentação, turismo, tampouco se responsabiliza por qualquer ato, erro, omissão ou qualquer dano culposo ou
doloso, perda, atraso ou irregularidade que possa surgir, por quaisquer defeitos de equipamentos, imprudência,
imperícia ou negligência de pessoas contratadas para me assistir, inclusive com bagagem e demais objetos pessoais
de minha propriedade.
7) Realizar este Programa por minha livre e espontânea vontade, sendo assim, concordo em isentar de responsabilidade
a UNISINOS e sua mantenedora, não reclamando ou exigindo nada por qualquer dano pessoal ou de propriedade,
eventos de força maior e despesas de qualquer natureza que possam ocorrer enquanto participar dessa viagem.
8) Assumir todos os riscos de danos pessoais e despesas ocorridas enquanto realizo a atividade de mobilidade
internacional, inclusive aquelas relativas ao transporte, alojamento, seguros de saúde e de vida, refeições, tarifas
acadêmicas, bem como gastos adicionais incorridos por eventuais acompanhantes. Entendo, ainda, que assinando
este documento, libero completamente e renuncio a todas as reclamações que possa ter contra a UNISINOS.
9) Responsabilizar-me civil e criminalmente por qualquer ato praticado por mim ou fato ocorrido na viagem, bem como quando
de minha estada na universidade hospedeira. Também me responsabilizo por indenizar a UNISINOS por qualquer ato
praticado por mim, que venha a denegrir a imagem da Universidade.
10) Tomar ciência de que devo cumprir as normas de conduta previstas no Regime Disciplinar (Resolução 020/2010), aplicáveis
às atividades sob coordenação da UNISINOS, ainda que desenvolvidas junto a locais e entidades externas.
Declaro, ainda, estar ciente de que:
a) cedo a UNISINOS, de maneira irrevogável e irretratável, a título gratuito, o direito de utilizar depoimentos, vídeos
compartilháveis, minha imagem e/ou voz para divulgação relativa aos Programas de Mobilidade Acadêmica
Internacional;

b) no caso de desistência, por decisão própria, não terei direito a nenhum ressarcimento de pagamentos efetuados à
UNISINOS ou isenção de parcelas vencidas e vincendas;
c) no caso de cursar outras disciplinas além das previamente autorizadas pelo coordenador de meu curso, as mesmas
só serão reconhecidas mediante autorização formal da Coordenação do Curso.
