added value from 1999 to 2008 is shown in the table below, and the industrial water

use contains general industry and thermal power. According to the local planning, the

thermal power will be improved to circulating thermal power from 2009 and the

annual water intake will not exceed 7.38 million m3. Please predict the total industrial
