WHEREAS, the foregoing plan shall be effective upon the passage and adoptionof this Resolution, afterwhich, the same shall be incorporated in the Municipality'sCompre`nensive Development plan;

WHEREAS, upon thorough perusal thereof, this Body finds the same to be in orderfor adoption;

NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered, and on motion by Coun. Rodolfo C.Espejo, Jr., and unanimously seconded;

RESOLVED, that this Sanggunian, acting upon favorable recommendation of theCommittee on Peace and Order, Pubhic Safety and Security and DRRM, hereby adoptsthe Peace and Order and PubHc Safety (POPS) Plan of the Municipality of Moncada forCY 2020 - 2022;
