Welcome to USSA’s 2013 Season!
I can’t wait to hit the ice and get the season going.
We have been exploring avenues that can make USSA and oval racing stronger. We would like
to make all of our members feel welcome and a valuable member of the organization.
As the season draws near follow us with updates and class information on our Website as well
as Facebook. If you have ideas on how to promote the sport, race sites or USSA please feel free
to contact us. Your board has been working on more venues as well as working with our current
promoters to help make them more successful in our current economic climate.
USSA is strong and will be here for years to come and working together we can ensure great
racing into the future. Look forward to seeing you at the race track.

*Normal operations regulations call for 5 feet per sled of open, comparable surface on the starting line per sled. An example is: a 30-foot wide ice surface on an oval track start line would safely serve 6 sleds. By our parameters we
would only start 5 sleds on this surface, to insure maximum safety.

Hello, my name is Alex

much hard work that
not only the board mem

ver the past few years
, I have watched this e

any others and
I am very proud of wh

I would have to say wit

Wisconsin to
many other great race
venues and experienc

s getting to
see my first World Cha

th Eagle River Snowm

I have also had the gr
eat opportunity to be
a part of the Team Beh

ey have
showed me the ins and
outs of snowmobile r

taught me many thing
s about racing
but the main one is th
at a race team isn’t jus
t a race team, it’s a fam
ily. I am very proud to
be a part of
that family.
I would like to take tim
e to thank the Fire on
Ice Board Members, v
olunteers, youth orga

sponsors for everythin
g they do to put on th
is event. Without each
and every one of them
we would not
be able to put on this
great race.
Also, I would like to co

hometown: Weyauwega, WIdate of Birth:10-28-1998years racing: 10team: Team Behn Racing crew: John Collom, Dan Behn, Joey Gauthiernickname: Dani, but you can call me, Ginger.
1. When not racing i’d rather be: Playing basketball2. Favorite thing in the world to do is: Race…Duh3. A big part of getting me this far is: Definitely my crew
and family. Racing is a team sport, I may bring home the awards but without them I wouldn’t be here.
4. my biggest influence was: My brother Jeff5. my proudest moment in racing was: Receiving the
High Points Driver Award last year.6. Favorite food: Tacos7. Fondest memory of racing: Winning Eagle River 3 years
in a row. Oh, and there was that time when I raced my last race of the season with a cast on my leg after I broke it 2 weeks prior. I was only supposed to take the green flag, but then sometimes I don’t listen too well.
8. What goal did you fall short of: Losing Women’s F-500 by 3 points last year.
9. What goal did you meet: Winning Jr. 210. What do you do to pass time on the road: Stalk people
on Facebook, when they get boring I sleep… doesn’t everybody???
11. What are you looking forward to this season: Racing with the pros and learning!
12. What does the future hold for you: What do you think I am physic or something? Actually my dream would be to keep it shinny side up, make my team proud and race NASCAR. I also want to thank everyone for supporting me and all those that made this event possible.
