CollegePreparatoryCoursesRemovesresponsibilityofthedevelopmentofcollegepreparatorycoursesfromtheTEAand
highereducationcommissioners.Assignsresponsibilityofcollegepreparatorycoursesto
districtsthatmustpartnerwithatleastoneinstitutionofhighereducationtodevelopand

CreatesanewPGPspecificallyforhighschoolstudents.RequirestheTEA,inconsultationwith

prepareandmakeavailableinEnglishandSpanishinformationthatexplainstheadvantagesof
thedistinguishedlevelofperformanceandeachendorsementoption.Requiresthatthe
