肝失疏泄、肝血不足 的原因: 1. 情緒失調平和的情緒有助養肝,若情緒起伏過大 (憂鬱或亢進 ) ,則會造成肝失疏泄、肝血不足。
憂鬱多愁、疑心病重,或常心情低落等, 會使肝氣疏泄不及, 造成肝氣鬱結。平時急躁易怒、常為小事生氣,或很愛碎碎念,會使肝氣疏泄過度,引發肝氣亢進。

晚上 11 點 – 凌晨 3 點是血液流經肝、膽的時段,也是中醫認為養肝的黃金時段。
此時段若能進入深層睡眠有助養肝,若長時間熬夜晚睡,不僅錯過養肝黃金時段 ,還會引起肝失疏泄、肝血不足。
