Remote Wipe
Remote Wipe：
1. User可以管理他的載具。當他某個載具遺失時，他可以在iCOSA將該
載具關閉。若有人找到該載具且要開啟iCOSA APP時，資料會被自動
刪除。
2. 當員工離職時，資訊人員可以將員工的帳戶及載具關閉，當離職的員
工要用電腦、手機、或平板開啟他的iCOSA Folder時，會發現資料已
被刪除。

Outlook Plugin
iCOSA Outlook Plugin兩大功能讓使用者在熟悉的Outlook環境下運作：
1. iCOSA將傳出郵件的附加檔，以連結方式傳出，不佔頻寛且不造成郵
件伺服器的負荷。傳統作業方式是附加檔時，將實際的檔案作附加，
檔案太大時傳不出去，就算可傳出去，會將頻寛佔滿。iCOSA Plugin
就解決了這個文題。
2. iCOSA可以設定將收到信件的附加檔，自動上傳到iCOSA雲上，方便使
用者未來查詢、下載、或存檔。

系統會建立一個Outlook Attachments Folder
出去或進來的附件檔會有Inbox及Outbox的Folder, 方便未來查詢用.

Revision Control
版本控管：
團隊在共同撰寫一個資料檔時，檔案可能被更改多次，但當專案領導人
發現檔案被誤改時，可以叫出以前的版本來，恢復到他要的版本。iCOSA
Administrator可以自行決定要設定存放的版本次數。
