Hot tnh tng tt nht khi Phanerochaete chrysosporium c chiu UV trong thi gian l 30 pht, hot tnh t 1.51UI/ml, tng khong 5 ln so vi ban u l (0.28UI/ml). Nhng nu thi gian chiu UV tng ln n 45 pht th hot tnh cellulase gim xung gn bng 0 (0.1025UI/ml). Vy nu Phanerochaete chrysosporium chu tc ng ca tia UV th ch c hot tnh ca LiP v cellulase tng cn MnP s gim v bng 0 nu chiu tia UV trong vng 45 pht.4.
