JACQUARD SYSTEM
The Jacquard modules are constantlymoving up and down. The computerprocesses the given pattern andactivates the appropriate hook. Thesinker hook will be moved into theupper position. Harness threadstransmit the up - down movement .The movement of the Jacquardguide is precisely defined by thecontrol segments .

The LIBA - Patterning softwareconforms with WINDOWS andstandard in trade hardware can beused. The pattern is created as back-ground drawing on any WINDOWSdrawing software. On request atreatment of scanned pattern ispossible. Patterns in other formats canbe converted with a special software .

MUSTERUNGSTECHNIKEN PATTERNING TECHNIQUES
The Jacquard bar consists of twosplit bars in half gauge. Each splitbar is equipped with two patterndiscs - one for the three needletechnique and one for the fourneedle technique. The relevantpattern disc is selected by changeover of the connecting rod.
Due to the construction of theJacquard bar there are threedifferent techniques possible:
The Jacquard bar is adjusted toform the full gauge, the groundguide bars are fully threaded and theneedle and closure bars are fullyset .

The Jacquard bar is set in halfgauge, the ground guide bars arethreaded one in - one out and theneedle and closure bars are fully set.The Jacquard thread forms a pileloop on the needles which do notcontain stitch forming threads.
