WORKING HOURS OF ADULTSWeekly hours- adults workers shall be required or
allowed to work in a factory for more than 48 hours inany week.
Daily hours
adults workers shall be required orallowed to work in a factory for more than 9 hours inany day.
Night shifts-where a worker in a factory works on a
shift which extends beyond midnight and his weeklyor compensatory holiday for a whole day means aperiod of 24 consecutive hours beginning when hisshifts ends.
