Mr.M.M.Kamani and Mr.R.V.Kamani in Bhavanagar
ventured to go for manufacturing ropes in small scale. At
this point of time awareness about the use of thermo
plastic polyment has been scanty in Bhavnagar region. A

which different kind of colors like red, yellow, blue, green
etc. are mixed then with help of extrusion process yarn is
made.

Then that yarn is winding at bobbin winder
or cheese winder, after completion of that process, the
processed yarn is given first twist. This process called
rope yarn.
After making the several yarns it is carried
to the stand called strander, crill and the second twist is
given, this process is called strand. The strand is given
third twist and finished ropes are produce.
Then with the help of coil winding machine
the finished rope winding the up then it goes for packing
and ready to dispatch.
Polyethylene (high density) or poly
propylene granules are the main raw material, which is
available from Reliance, IPCL, HALDIA and GAIL import
material is also used.

o Revenue expenses: routine expenses
which are include to no business activity.o Capital expenses: capital required to
purchase fixed assets like, land building

MANAGEMENT OF FIXED ASSETS
There is two type of assets in a business
enterprise they are fixed assets and current assets both
assets need to be managed efficiently.
Fixed assets of the company are the permanent
capital of company it helps in production process and is
used for a long period. It may be noted that fixed asset
can not be withdrawn from the business without
disturbing the normal activity of an undertaking

WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
The term working capital refers to that part of
capital which is not tied up in fixed assets but is used to
meet the day to day requirements of business. It is
invested in current assets like cash stock bills receivable
debtors etc.
There are mainly two concepts of working
capital
I. Gross working capital
Total investment of working capital in
current assets
II. Net working capital
There are tow types of net working capital

Positive net working capital current assets
exceed, current liability.
Negative net working capital current liability
exceed, current assets.
Kamani plastics has unmarked working capital
of the order of Rs. 10 lacks from its own
resources .
CONCLUSION
Visiting kamani plastics industries was a very
interesting and enjoyable experience I had never
visited any plastic industry before so, it was really
such kind of new experience.
It is quite well maintain and modern industry
where different types of automatic machines are
being istaled.
My interaction with the partners of kamani
plastic ind convinced them about systemization of
business concept vaguely followed. They were
