Obtain the ixgbe driver for the Intel X540 either from the OSA
media or from the VMWARE_ESXI_5 OS pack on MOS
(OSA does not facilitate VMware installs, but the driver isavailable in the SW 1.0.1 OSA image)
Add the driver into the ESXi installation ISO image using the
driver offline depot ZIP file. Refer to platform installation
