Gupta imparted directionsto the concerned authoritiesto work in coordination withthe officers of the MedicalDepartment for proper up-keepment of the infrastruc-ture of the Department by

removing all impediments inresolving the burningdemands so put forth beforethe MLA.

Gupta took a serious note ofthe lack of Human resourcesin all dispensaries and PHCsbesides paucity of funds need-ed for efficient medical servicebeing basic amenity for thepeople being social obligationof the State and thus advisedthe Deputy CMO to take upthe matter of shortage ofDoctors despite availability ofvacancies, with the higherauthorities while sharing thesame to him so that the mat-ter can be vociferouslypressed for including thefunds under NRHM. He fur-ther advised to come preparedwith brief note of demands sothat the same can be resolvedwith due deliberations on nextmeeting scheduled to takeplace shortly.

The NukkadNatak was staged in differentpart of the District Reasi i.e.Pouni, Kheral, Talwara, Jeri,Arnas, Mahore, Dharmari,Bidda, Tote Sari and Bakkal inBhumag area.

MLA was speaking as aChief Guest in the annual daycelebration of New PublicSchool, here on Tuesday.

Addressing the studentsand parents, Raina empha-sised in inclusion of such syl-labus in school books fromwhere children may getknowledge and understand-ing of patriotism and nation-al integration.

He said that it is need of thehour that students must be

taught the lesson of patriot-ism and national integrationso that they may becomeresponsible citizens of thecountry.

MLA also laid stress onBeti Padhao Beti Bachaomission and told parents tosend their daughters toschools and colleges so thatthey don't remain dependenton others.

Managing Director of theSchool, Vijay Sharma, whilepresenting vote of thanks,assured the parents for pro-viding quality education totheir wards.
