1.2.7. REZISTENTA LA FOC
Factorul de masivitate este raportul dintre perimetrul sectiunii transversale a profilului supus actiunii focului si aria sectiunii transversale.
De obicei, pentru protectia la foc a acestui tip de profile se recomanda izolarea cu vata minerala sau alte materiale similare si imbracarea lor cu un sistem de placi de gips-carton. Aceasta protectie asigura o rezistenta la foc adecvata cerintelor de proiectare impuse de norme.
Functie de numarul de straturi de placi si de izolatia termica suplimentara, acest tip de protectie poate asigura o rezistenta la foc de pana la 120 de minute.

1.2.8. PROTECTIA ANTICOROZIVA
Procedeul de fabricare la rece permite ca protectia anticoroziva sa poata fi aplicata pe tabla de baza inainte de laminare.
Galvanizarea uzuala se executa cu o cantitate de 275 grame de zinc pe metru patrat (Zn 275), care corespunde unei grosimi a stratului de zinc de 20 μm pe fiecare parte a tablei.
Un alt tip de protectie anticoroziva utilizat in cazul profilelor formate la rece cu pereti subtiri este protectia cu film pe baza de materiale plastice. Acest tip de protectie consta in acoperirea suprafetei otelului cu un strat de material plastic.

2. APLICATII ALE PROFILELOR DIN OTEL FORMATE LA RECE IN CONSTRUCTII

2.1. AVANTAJELE UTILIZARII PROFILELOR DIN OTEL FORMATE LA RECE IN CONSTRUCTII
Avantaje in timpul executiei:
•exista metode de imbinare si montaj bine puse la punct;•exista posibilitatea prefabricarii subansamblelor;
•eventualele modificari ale structurii se pot realiza pe santier mult mai usor decat in cazul profilelor laminate la cald;•protectia la foc se realizeaza cu usurinta ;

•erorile de montaj pe santier sunt reduse la minim;
•se obtin constructii competitive, performante din punct de vedere tehnico-economic
•se pot obtine deschideri mai mari decat in cazul utilizarii elementelor din lemn;
Avantaje in timpul exploatarii:
•sistemul structural permite, in general, obtinerea de spatii tehnice pentru cabluri electrice si instalatii sanitare; •materialele de protectie la foc pot fi inlocuite cu usurinta in urma unui eventual incendiu;•realizeaza o buna protectie termica si evita formarea condensului, in cazul respectarii detaliilor de realizare •Nu afecteaza mediul inconjurator, sunt reciclabile, demolarea se face cu pierderi minime.

Profilele formate la rece au o ductilitate redusa. In general, nu se accepta un calcul plastic pentru profilele cu pereti subtiri formate la rece.
Profilele formate la rece pot fi utilizate in structurile supuse la actiuni seismice importante, deoarece exista beneficii structurale importante ca urmare a fortelor initiale reduse, masa structurii fiind mica, dar nu se poate conta pe zone plastice disipative in aceasta situatie.

Tehnologia constructiilor realizate cu panouri portante RSM–REMARC propune un sistem de panouri prefabricate tip sandwich, formate dintr-un cadru cu structura metalica, cu miezul de vata minerala si fetele acoperite cu placi din materiele compozite, placi dispuse intr-o succesiune bine definita.
Panourile RSM-REMARC au la baza un sistem constructiv uzinal cu o tehnologie de fabricatie rapida si usoara, iar ansamblarea lor se realizeaza pe orice tip de teren.

Sistemul structural al caselor este realizat dupa cum urmeaza:
•fundatia;•pereti exteriori din panouri RSM–E - pereti de rezistenta ;•pereti interiori care pot fi pereti de rezistenta din panouri RSM–I si pereti despartitori usori din gipscarton;•pereti mixti interior/exterior din panouri RSM-M;
•plansee din panouri RSM-P;
•acoperis tip:
►terasa circulabila/necirculabila;►sarpanta din lemn sau elemente metalice cu invelitoaredin materiale bituminoase, ceramice.

La conceperea proiectului de casa se va tine seama de necesitatea dispunerii panourilor uniform si echilibrat, atit in plan orizontal pe cele doua directii principale , cit si in plan vertical, in vederea asigurarii rezistentei si stabilitatii la solicitari a cladirii astfel realizata.
Panourile folosite la realizarea peretilor casei se executa la orice lungime cuprinsa intre 0.625 m - 6.00 m astfel incat ansamblarea lor sa poata sa satisfaca dimensiunile planului casei.

4.4. COMPORTAREA PANOURILOR RSM-REMARC
4.4.1. INCERCARI TEHNOLOGICE APLICATE STRUCTURII UNUI PANOU PREFABRICAT PENTRU
PLANSEU CIRCULABIL
Pentru simularea pe calculator cu ajutorul programului AXIS V.M., se foloseste un panou RSM-P cu dimensiunile 5100x1300 alcatuit din placile de betonyp structura metalica de rezistenta cu profile UH200x50x2 puse spate in spate, strucutra ce este luata de programul utilizat ca nervura la placile de betonyp.
Pentru simularea incercarilor panoului se utilizeaza urmatoarele ipoteze:1.a. panoul este incastrat la capete; b. incarcarea panoului este de 2.2 kN/m2; c. in calcul este luata si greutatea proprie a panoului.2. panoul este incarcat cu 4.4 kN/m2.

4.4.2. CALCULUL INCARCARILOR LA CARE ESTE SOLICITAT UN PLANOU RSM-E IN EXPLOATARE
Panoul RSM-E cu dimensiunile 3000x2600 este solicitat cu incarcare rezultata din insumarea greutatii proprii a unui alt panou RSM-E cu aceleasi dimensiuni, plus greutatea proprie a unui numar de doua panouri RSM-P, la care se adauga incarcarile pentru plafoane.
