一、 RCR STD-28 标准化历程• 1993 年 12 月,制定 V1.0 版本,以语音业务为中心。• 1995 年 12 月,制定 V2.0 版本,提出 32kb/s 非限制数字 信息承载业务标准及自营系统标准。• 1996 年 4 月,确定了高速、高质量数据传输中的端对端传输控制规程- PIAFS 。• 1997 年 11 月,制定 V3.0 版本,确定 64kb/s 非限制数字信息承载业务。
