This document is a fundamental part of the contract with the artist. The promoter or the event operator must execute the requirements here specified. Any changes must be consulted and approved by the production team. The use of the artist´s image in all promotional material and the design of the stage backing, must be approved by the artist´s team and Merlin Productions.
TRANSPORT
• For all the staff’s fligths we suggest Avianca Airlines or the Star Alliance partners. Because we are regular users of this company, it makes travelling a lot easier.
• Local transport must be provided by the promoter or the event manager. We suggest a van with capacity for 15 persons plus baggage. This van must be clean and in perfect mechanical conditions.

MERCHANDISE The artist always travels with her own merchandise for sale (Cd – Lp). In case the venue has it’s own logistics for the distribution and sale of this material, the artist will agree on the usual percentage handled. In the other case, the venue must provide a spot at the event for the sale of merchandise after the concert. This space must have a table and two chairs, besides security personal. STAFF – ROOM LIST

TECHNICAL INFORMATION SOUND: Sound System P.A.:
• The sound system must be of professional quality and must be properly calibrated by his own system processors.

• Depending the size of the venue, the sound system must be configured stereo and it should be able to reproduce 110 dB at the mixture point. It is very important that the subs are connected to an auxiliary console room, leaving the signal from the respective processor system.
