Alluminio con rivestimento antiaderente rinforzato Toptek (3 strati)Il PTFE un polimero inerte dotato di eccellenti caratteristiche quali la scivolosit, la facilit di pulizia, lottima resistenza termica (stabile in continuo a 260C) e chimica (acidi e alcali). Il PTFE non soggetto a deterioramento nel tempo, non altera il sapore dei cibi e non viene attaccato dai micro-organismi. Lalluminio con rivestimento antiaderente permette una distribuzione uniforme del calore che riduce il pericolo di surriscalda-menti localizzati, una cottura sana e priva di grassi ed una particolare facilit di pulizia, anche in lavastoviglie.

PTFE is an inert polymer with excellent characteristics, such as slippage, easy cleaning and a high degree of resistance to heat (it is continually stable to 260C) and chemicals (acids and alkalis). PTFE does not deteriorate over time, it does not alter the taste of foods and it is not attacked by micro organisms. Aluminium with non-stick coating allows even heat distribution, reducing the danger of localised overheating, while offering healthy, fat-free cooking. It is also easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

PTFE wird auch Teflon genannt und ist ein inertes Polymer, das sich durch besondere Eigenschaften wie Gleitfhigkeit, einfa-che Reinigung, optimale Wrmebestndigkeit (kontinuierlich stabil bei 260C), sowie Chemikalienfestigkeit (Suren und Alkali) auszeichnet. PTFE ist verschleibestndig, verndert den Geschmack von Lebensmitteln nicht und wird nicht von Mikroorganismen angegriffen. Das Aluminium mit Antihaft-beschichtung garantiert eine gleichmige Wrmeverteilung und vermeidet eine lokale berhitzung: fr eine gesunde und fettarme Kche und eine bequeme Reinigung, auch in der Splmaschine.
