- We are going to talk about Asiatic Black Bear~!!

- They live in: Korea and northeast China What makes the unique: They are big black furry animals with V shaped white spots on there chests.

- Physical distinctive: They can grow up 2meters in height and weighs up to 200kg. What they usually eat: Both plants and meat, Insects and barries, Bees and eggs. A fun fact about black bears: They can stand on there hind legs better then any other bear.

- Why are they vulnerable? Because hunters are continuing to hunt them illegally for fer and gall bladders( ). Also people cut down forests to develop them into cities.

- (1)Although no one knows exactly how many Black bears are left, they are vulnerable and w ill soon become endangered if people continu e to hurt them. (2)1000bears are killed annually and only 1/5t h of their habitat remains.

- Where they live now: The black spots are where the black bears no longer exist!

- (Why should we care?) Because we are the ones who are responsible. ~ If humans did not hunt them and dist roy there habitats, black bears will not be i n any danger.
