!  DUJAT&sent&a&letter&to&Dutch&Ministry&of&Finance&to&avoid&the&concerning&delay&in&the&ratiBication&procedures&at&Dutch&Parliament,&which&should&have&been&performed&and&Binalised&during&the&year&of&2011.
