引言

Introduction

香港雖有「石屎森林」之稱，但街道上不難找到各種植物。春日繁花盛開，陣陣

花香令人倍感輕鬆寫意，閒暇賞花和栽種植物更是賞心樂事。植物除了具觀賞價

值外，還可用作食材，烹煮成美味菜餚，有些甚至能入藥。讓我們趁花開時節，

一起探索植物世界。

Although Hong Kong is often referred to as a “concrete jungle”, it is not difficult to discover different types of plants on the street. The scent of spring flowers in full blossom makes everyone feel relaxed. It is also enjoyable to view flowers and grow plants in our leisure time. Plants are grown not only for decorative purposes, but also for use as ingredients of delicious dishes, and some of them even have medicinal value. Let us explore the world of plants in the blooming season of flowers.

Science in Context (英文電子資料庫)

本資料庫按課程而設計，涵蓋主要的科學課題，包括生物、化學、地球及環境科學、健

康及醫學、數學、科技、物理、天文學等，資料豐富，並載有雜誌、學術期刊和報章文

章全文，以及包含科學實驗、圖像、影音檔案及權威網站的連結。

Science in Context is a curriculum-oriented science database that provides resourceful

information on major science topics. Subjects such as biology, chemistry, earth and

environmental science, health and medicine, mathematics, technology, physics and

astronomy are included. It contains the full text of magazines, academic journals and news

articles, as well as scientific experiments, images, videos, audio files and links to authoritative

websites.
