In this issue of e-news, I’ve put the pictures of water dona-

tion from various clubs that campaigned to help flood victims

that are so serious in many areas in the central part of Thailand

including Bangkok and surrounding areas that are troubled

because they lack water today. “The 1 Million Bottles Rotary

Water to Flood Victims in Thailand 2011Project” that is spear-

headed by DG.Orachorn Saisrithong, DGE.Dr.Sanguan Ku-

naporn and PDG.Wichai Maneewacharakiat is trying to achieve

the goal of producing or receiving water or receiving monetary

donation to produce 1 million bottles of drinking water to give

to flood victims. The campaign to make the project successful

came from various strings in the district such as donation

through the club, donation through sister club in Malaysia and

Japan, etc. The update on what has been done, from whom,

to who, who with … was reported by DGE.Dr.Sanguan Kunaporn

via e-mail and district’s website (www.rotary3330.org), PR3330

news and e-news that is out every 10 days for you to follow up

on. Thank you all of you who are generous to help those in

need, to the humanity, may all of you be blessed with happi-

โครงการน�้าดื่มโรตารีหนึ่งล้านขวดต่อผู้ประสบ

อุทกภัยเมืองไทย7พ.ย.2554

เรียนมิตรโรแทเรียนที่รักทุกท่านด้วยความเคารพ ทุกท่ำนที่ได้ร่วมแรงร่วมใจทุ่มเทให้กับโครงกำรนี้คงจะภูมิใจว่ำได้ท�ำสิ่งที่ดีๆในฐำนะ“โรแทเรียน”ในกำรช่วยชีวิตเพื่อนมนุษย์มำกมำยเหลือเกินผมไม่อยำกจะเน้นให้เกินไปเมื่อวำนนี้ผมได้คุยกับผชภ.พูนศิริที่อยู่จังหวัดนครปฐมซึ่งอยู่ติดกับกรุงเทพท่ำนบอกผมว่ำมีคนจ�ำนวนมำกขอน�้ำดื่มมำกกว่ำอำหำรแม้ว่ำในภำพรวมสถำนกำรณ์น�้ำดื่มในเรื่องของอุปทำนนั้นยังไม่ถึงขั้นวิกฤติแต่กำรกระจำยไปยังบริเวณที่ถูกน�้ำท่วมก็เป็นภำระอันหนักหน่วงผมคงต้องขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษไปยังมิตรโรแทเรียนของเรำจำกภำค3300โรตำรีสำกลประเทศมำเลเซียและจำกหลำยภำคในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเช่นภำค2500,2520และ2670และจำกปำกีสถำนรวมทั้งจำกประเทศไทยที่เรำรักยิ่งด้วยถ้ำท่ำนจ�ำเรื่องของอัศวินม้ำขำวที่ขี่ม้ำมำช่วยผู้คนจำกผู้ร้ำยในนำทีเกือบสุดท้ำยท่ำนคงส�ำนึกได้ว่ำนี่ไม่ใช่เพียงต�ำนำนหรือเรื่องเล่ำขำนนี่คือเรื่องจริงและเรำไม่ได้มีอัศวินเพียงคนเดียวแต่มีมำกมำยหลำยคนผมอยำกจะขอระบุนำมดังต่อไปนี้:

ภารกิจโรตารีมาเลเซีย อน.ทิฟฟำนีปัน,อน.เซียงเซียงและสมำชิกสร.ทิทิวังสะซึ่งได้จัดกำรภำชนะบรรจุอำหำรและน�้ำดื่มจ�ำนวน7,200ขวดผ่ำนทำงชำยแดนไทย-มำเลเซียเมื่อวันที่30ต.ค.2554และได้น�ำออกแจกจ่ำยแล้วด้วยควำมช่วยเหลือของทหำรไทย อน.โรบินเทย์และสมำชิกสร.ปูดูน�้ำชุดแรกจ�ำนวน26,400ขวดได้ไปถึงจังหวัดสมุทรปรำกำรที่อยู่ติดกับกรุงเทพเมื่อวันที่5พ.ย.นย.สำธินีและสมำชิกสร.พระประแดงและนย.วรวัฒน์จำกสร.ธนบุรีได้บริหำรจัดกำรในกำรแจกจ่ำยไปยังเครือข่ำยของเรำเพื่อแจกให้กับผู้ประสบอุทกภัยแต่ละคนน�้ำจ�ำนวน26,400ขวดนี้ได้ไปยังสร.พุทธมณฑลสร.ก�ำแพงแสนสร.นครชัยศรีสร.สำมพรำนบริเวณบำงบัวทองมหำวิทยำลัยรำชภัฎในนครปฐมมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนำในพระบรมรำชูปถัมภ์ผู้จัดรำยกำรคนค้นฅนซึ่งเป็นรำยกำรโทรทัศน์ยอดนิยมเครือข่ำยเหล่ำนี้สำมำรถจัดกำรเรื่องน�้ำได้อย่ำงมีประสิทธิภำพ รทร.อำร์วินด์โกปีกุมำร,นย.มัวร์ธีร์ชำร์มำและสมำชิกสร.บันดำสุไหงปัตตำนีร่วมกับนย.ลีบุนฮวดและสมำชิกสร.กุลิมกับนย.เชอร์ลินและสมำชิกสร.ตันจุงบุงกำร์ก�ำลังจะขนน�้ำ72,000ขวดเพื่อข้ำมชำยแดนไทย-มำเลเซียในวันนี้ วันที่7พ.ย.น�้ำหลำยพันขวดนี้จะได้รับกำรส่งมอบให้กับผวภ.อรชรสำยสีทองและจำกนั้นจะได้รับกำรดูแลโดยอน.เอ็มม่ำ,ผชภ.สุรีย์,นยก.อำภำฬฎีซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนสโมสรโรตำรีทั้งหมดในหำดใหญ่

ด้วยควำมช่วยเหลือของกองทัพอำกำศไทยเป็นผู้น�ำไปส่งยังบริเวณที่ถูกน�้ำท่วมในกรุงเทพสมุทรปรำกำรปทุมธำนีนนทบุรีนครปฐมและโดยเฉพำะอย่ำงยิ่งอยุธยำตำมค�ำขอร้องของอำร์วินด์อีกครั้งเครือข่ำยโรตำรีจะท�ำให้แน่ใจว่ำน�้ำทั้งหมดจะไปยังคนที่ต้องกำรจริงๆ เรำทุกคนเพิ่งได้เห็นว่ำโรแทเรียนชำวมำเลเซียได้ส่งและจะส่งน�้ำมำอีกกว่ำ100,000ขวดหรือ10เปอร์เซ็นต์ของหนึ่งล้ำนขวดเพื่อช่วยชำวไทยนี่เพียงแค่2สัปดำห์หลังจำกเรำเริ่มภำรกิจช่วยชีวิตครั้งนี้นี่คือปำฏิหำริย์และยังมีกำรบริจำคเงินจำกภำค3300อีกมีสโมสรโรตำรีหลำยสโมสรที่ผมได้เอ่ยถึงแล้วในรำยงำนครั้งก่อน

ภารกิจโรตารีญี่ปุ่น ด้วยควำมทุ่มเทอย่ำงต่อเนื่องอันใหญ่หลวงของดร.โยชิโอะซำซำยะและอผภ.ชูอิชิโคบำนำอิซึ่งได้ติดต่อกับผวภ.อรชรและผวล.ขวัญชัยเงินเกือบ400,000บำทได้รับกำรยืนยันที่จะอุปถัมภ์ช่วยเหลือโครงกำรน�้ำดื่มโรตำรีหนึ่งล้ำนขวดนั่นเท่ำกับ100,000-1,20,000ขวดยิ่งไปกว่ำนั้นโรแทเรียนทั้งสองท่ำนยังเผยแพร่และสนับสนุนโครงกำรนี้โดยวำงแผนที่จะน�ำเสนอเรื่องรำวเกี่ยวกับอุทกภัยในประเทศไทยและโครงกำรน�้ำดื่มโรตำรีหนึ่งล้ำนขวดช่วยผู้ประสบอุทกภัยชำวไทยไปยังผู้แทนที่จะเข้ำร่วมประชุมโอซำก้ำโรตำรีอินสติติวท์โซน1-2-3ในวันที่23-26พ.ย.2554เรำได้ติดต่อกับอดีตประธำนโรตำรีสำกลพิชัยรัตตกุลเพื่อมองหำวิธีที่ดีที่สุดในกำรเข้ำร่วมกำรสัมมนำที่จะมำถึงในครั้งนี้ผมเชื่อมั่นเป็นอย่ำงยิ่งว่ำเรำจะได้รับกำรสนับสนุนอย่ำงใหญ่หลวงจำกบรรดำผู้ว่ำกำรภำคผู้ว่ำกำรภำค



รับเลือกทั้งหลำยที่เข้ำร่วมประชุม

ภารกิจโรตารีไทย ทำงด้ำนของประเทศไทยเรำกำรผลิตน�้ำดื่มโรตำรีได้เริ่มต้นขึ้นในจังหวัดสมุทรปรำกำรเมื่อวันที่5พ.ย.ภำยใต้กำรดูแลของอผภ.วิชัยมณีวัชรเกียรติกำรผลิตได้ท�ำจำกเครื่องกรองน�้ำในโรงเรียน3แห่งที่คลองกระทุ่มวัดแพรกสระและอีกแห่งในบริเวณปู่เจ้ำสมิงพรำยทั้งหมดนี้ได้รับกำรอุปถัมภ์จำกโครงกำรสนับสนุนสมทบในอดีต2,400ขวดแรกได้รับกำรส่งมอบให้กับสร.นครชัยศรีในวันที่ผลิตนั้นเรำเชื่อว่ำเรำสำมำรถผลิตได้วันละ7,000ขวดเพื่อให้ส�ำเร็จตำมแผนที่จะผลิต20,000ขวดภำยในวันที่9พ.ย.จำกนั้นน�้ำในขวดพลำสติกขนำด600ซีซีจ�ำนวน80,000ขวดจะได้เริ่มต้นผลิตในวันที่10พ.ย.และเสร็จสิ้นภำยใน2สัปดำห์ในวันที่24พ.ย.โดยกำรบริหำรจัดกำรของอน.ใจภิรมย์สร.พระสมุทรเจดีย์ภำค3330ดังนั้นกับกำรผลิตของสมุทรปรำกำรเรำได้ยืนยันที่จะส่งมอบน�้ำดื่ม100,000ขวดไปยังผู้ที่จ�ำเป็นและขำดแคลนทั้งในภำค3330และภำค3350ได้

เครื่องกรองน�้ำขนำดเล็กกว่ำจ�ำนวน20เครื่องได้เริ่มกระจำยไปยังสโมสรโรตำรีในจังหวัดนครปฐมแล้ววันนี้เรำยังได้เริ่มเครื่องกรองน�้ำแบบกรองและฆ่ำเชื้อด้วยรังสียูวีขนำดกลำงแบบเคลื่อนที่ในบำงเลนจ.นครปฐมเครื่องนี้สำมำรถผลิตน�้ำสะอำดได้ชั่วโมงละ1,000ลิตรหรือ10,000ลิตรเทียบเท่ำกับ10,000-14,000ขวดต่อวันแต่ผู้คนต้องน�ำขวดหรือภำชนะของตนเองมำเพื่อเก็บน�้ำภำรกิจนี้อยู่ภำยใต้กำรดูแลของนยก.มนตรี,อน.สรรเพชรและผวล.สมภพและสมำชิกสร.กำญจนบุรีสร.ท่ำเรือ-กำญจนบุรีและสร.ท่ำม่วง เรำยังมีกำรจัดกำรกับหน่วยเคลื่อนที่เช่นนี้อีกหน่วยหนึ่งที่ได้รับกำรเสนอโดยรทร.พิสิฐจำกสร.อันดำมันและหวังว่ำจะติดตั้งและใช้ในบริเวณช่วงนครชัยศรีสำมพรำนดอนตูมและพุทธมณฑลภำยในสัปดำห์นี้

สำยกำรผลิตอีกแห่งหนึ่งในภูเก็ตเรำได้รับกำรยืนยันจำกทำงโรงงำนคุณอัฐวุฒิภูเก็ตซีฮอร์สว่ำน�้ำขวดพลำสติกมีสัญลักษณ์โรตำรี40,000ขวดแรกจะพร้อมน�ำออกแจกจ่ำยในวันที่15-17พ.ย.ค�ำสั่งซื้องวดแรกนี้มีจ�ำนวน300,000ขวดถ้ำไม่มีอะไรผิดพลำดเรำจะได้น�้ำทั้งหมดภำยในหนึ่งสัปดำห์หรือวันที่24พ.ย.ผมก�ำลังตั้งหน้ำรอกำรผลิตน�้ำโรตำรีจำกจังหวัดอื่นที่อยู่ใกล้กรุงเทพมำกกว่ำภูเก็ตสร.ระนองและสร.ชุมพรจะพยำยำมลองดูแต่ก็ยังไม่มีควำมก้ำวหน้ำถ้ำผมหำไม่ไดผมอำจตัดสินใจสั่งอีก300,000ขวดจำกภูเก็ตซีฮอร์ส ต้องขอโทษทุกท่ำนด้วยถ้ำรำยงำนฉบับนี้นั้นกินเวลำอ่ำนของท่ำนนำนเกินไปผมยังมีอีกหลำยเรื่องที่จะเผยให้ทรำบไม่เพียงแต่เรื่องภำรกิจ“น�้ำ” แต่นั่นคงต้องเอำไว้ภำยหลัง“มีน�้ำใจห่วงใยเพื่อนมนุษย์”

“1 Million Bottles” ROTARY Drinking

Water to Thai Flood Victims7 Nov. 2011

Dear all Rotarians with respect

Malaysian ROTARY mission PP.Tiffany Tan , PP.Siang Siang and members of RC Titiwangsa who organized a container of food stuff and 7,200 bottles of water through Thai Malaysia border on 30 Oct. 2011 and distrib-uted already by the assistance of Thai army. PP.RobinTayandmembersfromRCPudu,thefirstlot26,400bottlesofwaterarrivedSamutprakarnnexttoBangkokon5Nov.P.Satinee and members of RC Prapadaeng and P.Warawat from RC Dhinburi managed the distribution to our networks for further spreadtoindividualfloodvictims.This26,400bottleswenttoRCPhuttamonton, RC Kampaengsaen, RC Nakornchaisri, RC Sam-pran, Bangnuathong area, Teacher University in NakornPrathom, Chaipattana Royal Foundation, Kon Khon Kon popular television program organizer. These networks are capable to hand out the water effectively. RTN.Arvind Gopi Kumar, P.Moorthy Sharma and members from RC Bandar Sungai Petani together with P.Lee Boon Huat and members of RC Kulim with P. Shirlyn and members of RC Tanjung Bungar are going to load 72,000 Bottles of water to cross Thai Malaysia border today, 7 Nov. These thousands of water will be handed over to DG.Orachorn Saisrithong and then attended by PP.Emma, AG.Suree, CP.Arparadee who represent all RCs in Hadyai by the aid of Thai Air Force taking to flood areas in Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Prathumthanee, Nonthaburi, NakornPrathom and specially Ayyudhaya as requested from Arvind. Again, our Rotary networks will make sure that all water go to the people who really need it.All of us just witness that Malaysian Rotarians sent and are going to send more than 100,000 Bottles of water, or 10% of 1 Million Bottles to help Thai people. It is just 2 weeks after all of us has started to do this live saving mission, it is a miracle!There were also money donation coming from District 3300, many Rotary clubs that I stated on the previous reports.

Japanese ROTARY MissionBy the hugh continuous effort of Dr.Yoshio Sasaya and PDG. Shuichi Kobunai who have been in touch with DG.Orachorn and DGN.Quanchai,almost400,000ThaiBahtsisconfirmedtosponsorthe 1 Million Bottles ROTARY water campaign. This is equal to 100,000 - 120,000 Bottles.Moreover, both Rotarians plan to promote and support this campaign by planning to give a presentation about Thai flood and “ 1 Million Bottles” ROTARY Drinking Water to Thai Flood

Everyone who put their effort in this project must be proud that they are doing Good as a “ROTARIAN” on saving so many lives of human being. I do not overemphasize! Yesterday, when I spoke to AG.Poonsiri of D 3330 in Nakorn Prathom province just next to Bangkok, she told me that people asked for drinking water than food. Even with a big picture, Thailand’s drinking water situation in term of supply is not fatal, but the distribu-tion to the flood areas is burdensome. I must specially thank our fellow Rotarians from Malaysia, D 3300RIandseveralDistrictsfromJapan,D2500,D2520andD2670andalsofromPakistanandourbelovedThailand.Ifyouremember a story about A Knight on a white horse who ride to safe people from a villain nearly in the last minute, you must realize that it is not only a myth or legend. It is a Truth, and we do not have only one knight but so many knights. I would like to name them as following;

Thai ROTARY Mission On our Thailand side, the Rotary Water production line has beenstartedinSamutprakarnon5Nov.undersupervisionofPDG.Wichai Maneewatcharakiet. It is made by Rotary water

The 20 small water purification units, Live Straw, were already distributed to RCs in NakornPrathom. Today, we will also start the mobile medium scale water filtration and UV sterilization unit in Banglen, Nakorn Prathom. This unit is expected to produce clean water 1,000 Litres per hour or 10,000 Litresequalto10,000-14,000Bottlesperday.Butthepeopleneed to bring their own bottle or container to collect the water. This mission is under supervision of CP.Montri, PP.Sanphet and DGE.Somphop and members of RC Karnchanaburi, RC Tharua-Karnchanaburi and RC Thamuang. We are also dealing with another mobile unit like this one proposed by RTN.Pisit from RC Andaman and expect to install and use among Nakornchaisri,

Sampran, Dontoom and Phuttamonthol areas within this week. Another production line in Phuket, we have been assured from the manufacturer, Mr.Attawut, Phuket SeahorseWaterthatthefirst40,000ROTARYwaterlabelled-600ccsPETbottles will be ready to distribute on 15-17Nov.Thefirstorderis300,000Bottles. If there is nothing wrong, we will haveallwaterwithin1weekor24Nov.Istill look forwards to have ROTARY Water production in other provinces closer to Bangkok than Phuket. The RC Ranong and RC Chumphon wil l try to work on it but there is no progression yet. If I can not find, I might decide to order 300,000 bottles more from Phuket Seahorse.

I forgive everyone if this report cause you so much time to read, actually, I have much more things to reveal not only the clean WATER mission, but must be later.

เมื่อวันที่7ตค.2554สโมสรโรตำรีโคกเสม็ดชุนและผู้ว่ำกำรภำคอรชรสำยสีทองร่วมรับบริจำคน�้ำ72000ขวดจำกสโมสรโรตำรีภำค3300ประเทศมำเลเซียเพื่อโครงกำรน�้ำดื่มโรตำรี1,000,000ขวดช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุทกภัย

เมื่อวันที่3พย.2554น�้ำดื่มถึงกรุงเทพและได้กระจำยไปยังมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนำรำยกำรคนค้นคนและผู้ประสบภัยในพื้นที่3330บำงบัวทอง3350น�ำโดยนย.สำธิณีพิศำลคุณำอน.ปรีชำและนย.วรำวัฒน์สร.ธนบุรี

มูลนิธิชัยพัฒนำวันที่9พย.2554ส�ำหรับน�้ำดื่มที่มอบให้กับ”มูลนิธิชัยพัฒนำ”นย.วรำวัฒน์สร.ธนบุรีได้พบกับดร.สุเมธตันติเวชกุลท่ำนได้ขอบคุณโรตำรีและกล่ำวว่ำ“ในนำมของมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนำพระบำทสมเด็จพระเจ้ำอยู่หัวและท่ำนดร.สุเมธตันติเวชกุลดีใจที่สมำชิกโรตำรีภำค3330ได้เข้ำมำช่วยเหลือประชำขนที่ได้ควำมเดือดร้อนในครั้งนี้”

We delivered about 720 cartons of water to Chaipattanafoundationon4thNovemberintheevening.OnNov9,PresidentWarawatand I met Dr.Sumet Tuntivejjakul who takes care of this foundation and he thanked to all of us on behalf of the King’s foundation and said that the king and he himself are also honorary members of the Rotary and glad to received the news that district 3300 is very much in action for this crisis.

Onthe6th of November, I managed the delivery by hiring two ten-wheel- trucks and gathered my employees and labor to help and divided into two teams. One team wenttoPuttamontonsai4areaswhereIwas and another went to Samphran where they would distribute out in the area. I was among the team going to Puttamonton and this trip really inspired all of us. I met President Wanrada of Puttamonton where she is a village leader and she was very well organized with people in her community.
