Challenges faced:• Openingmyselfupandcontributingduringmeetingswithclients• IfoundinthebeginningIwasverysoftspoken,however,afterattendingtheworkshopandexperiencingdifferentmeetings,Islowlystartedopeningupandbecomingconfidentexpressionmythoughtsandopinions

• Creatinginterestingsocialmediaposts• Thereareseveralfactorsinmakingacatchysocialmediapost.AtthebeginningoftheinternshipIdidn’tknowthecorrectformatforpostingstatus/postsonsocialmedia.However,aftergoingthroughtheFOBIAsocialmediapagesanddiscussing withmybossLouDiamond,Iwasabletofigureouttheformatting.

• Clientbasedassignment• Someofmyprojectsincludedcreatingvideocontentforclients.Whencreatingcontentforclient,Ifaceddifficultyfollowingexactlywhattheywanted.Iamusedtocreatingvideosbasedonmyideas,however,whenproducingfortheclientIhadtofollowtheirexactrequirements.Ifoundthisdifficultatfirst,butastheinternshipwenton– Ilearnttoadjust.
