Ⅰ．修了要件

博士後期課程の修了には，博士後期課程に３年以上在学し，２０単位以上を修得し，かつ，

必要な研究指導を受けた上，博士論文の審査及び試験に合格することが必要です。

ただし，優れた業績を上げた者については，在学期間を短縮することができます。

研究科学位取扱細則第５条）

I. Requirements for program completion To complete the Doctoral Program, it is required that the student has been registered in the

Doctoral Program for 3 years or more, has earned 20 credits or more and has passed an evaluation of the doctoral dissertation and final test after having the research guidance.

However, a student who has outstanding achievement may be eligible to have his or her period of enrollment shortened.

Ⅱ．学位論文受理の条件

学位論文の受理の条件は以下のとおりです。

Ａ：標準修業年限（３年）で修了する場合及び標準修業年限を越えて在学し修了する場合

次の（１）～（６）をすべて満たしていなければなりません。

（１）２年次後期に，中間発表会を行っていること。

（２）授業科目について，必修科目１２単位及び選択科目８単位以上を修得または修得見込み

であること。

（３）学位論文の基礎となる学術論文（単著論文，あるいは共著論文のうち筆頭著者である論

文）（以下「基礎となる学術論文」という）が１編以上あること。

（４）基礎となる学術論文は，審査制度の確立されている学術雑誌に掲載あるいは掲載が決定

されたものであること。学術雑誌とは，Current Contents に採録されている雑誌あるいは

各専門領域において評価の高い雑誌等を指すものとする。

（５）基礎となる学術論文は，本学博士後期課程在学中に掲載されたもの，又は掲載が決定さ

れたものとする。また，学位申請時に印刷公表されていない場合は，「論文掲載証明書」（発

信元，日付が確認できる場合は，FAX，E-mail の写しでも可）を提出することで，公表さ

れるものとして取り扱うこととする。なお，「論文掲載証明書」は，「本人の氏名，学術雑

誌名，論文名，Ｖｏｌ．Ｎｏ，発行年月日」等が確認できるものであること。

（６）基礎となる学術論文のうち，共著のものについては，申請者以外の共著者が学位申請の

基礎となる学術論文として使わない旨の承諾書を提出すること。

Ｂ：標準修業年限（３年）未満で修了する場合（早期修了）

次の（１）～（11）をすべて満たしていなければなりません。

（１）授業科目について，必修科目１２単位及び選択科目８単位以上を修得または修得見込み

であること。

（２）主指導教員が推薦した者であること。

（３）審査制度の確立されている学術雑誌に掲載された，申請者を筆頭著者とする学術論文が

３編以上あり，その中に特に優れた論文が含まれていること。学術雑誌とは，Current

Contents に採録されている雑誌あるいは各専門領域において評価の高い雑誌等を指すも

のとする。

（４）上記の学術論文のうち１編以上が，博士後期課程在学中の研究内容に基づくものである

こと。

（５）学位論文の基礎となる学術論文（単著論文，あるいは共著論文のうち筆頭著者である論

文）（以下「基礎となる学術論文」という）が１編以上あること。

（６）９月修了希望者は５月末日まで，３月修了希望者は１０月末日までに，短期修了願いお

よび学位論文の基礎となる学術論文を専攻長に提出するとともに，中間発表会を行うこと。

（７）基礎となる学術論文は，審査制度の確立されている学術雑誌に掲載あるいは掲載が決定

されたものであること。

（８）基礎となる学術論文が申請時に印刷公表されていない場合は，「論文掲載証明書」（発信

元，日付が確認できる場合は，FAX，E-mail の写しでも可）を提出することで，公表され

るものとして取り扱うこととする。なお，「論文掲載証明書」は，「本人の氏名，学術雑誌

名，論文名，Ｖｏｌ．Ｎｏ，発行年月日」等が確認できるものであること。

（９）基礎となる学術論文のうち，共著のものについては，申請者以外の共著者が学位申請の

基礎となる学術論文として使わない旨の承諾書を提出すること。

（10）申請に基づき，専攻会議において，業績および中間発表会の内容について評価を行い，

「優れた業績を上げた者」と認められ，大学院教育部会議に推薦されること。

（11）大学院教育部会議の議を経て，学長により「優れた業績を上げた者」として認定される

こと。

II. Requirements for acceptance of dissertation Requirements for acceptance of a dissertation are as follows.

A: Completion of the normal length of the program of study (3 years) and completion while remaining enrolled beyond its duration

All of the conditions from (1) to (6) below must be fulfilled: (1) Having held a presentation for mid-term progress review of research (hereinafter, “mid-term

presentation”) during the second semester of 2nd year, (2) The candidate must complete 12 credits of compulsory courses and 8 or more credits of

electives, or be certain to complete, (3) Having completed one or more supportive academic papers on which the dissertation is

based (hereinafter “supportive academic paper”) of which the student is the sole author or, in the case of a co-authored paper, the lead author,

(4) The supportive academic paper must have been published in a refereed academic journal or accepted for publication. An academic journal is defined as a journal that is listed in Current Contents or one that is highly regarded within a particular academic field,

(5) A supportive academic paper must be published while the student is enrolled in the Doctoral Program, or have been accepted for publication. If not yet published at the time of application it will be treated as having been published if “certificate of publication” is submitted (if source and date can be confirmed, submission by fax or e-mail is also acceptable). An acceptable “certificate of publication” must confirm author’s name, name of academic journal, title of paper, vol. no., and date of publication,

(6) If a supportive academic paper has more than one author, it must be accompanied by letter(s) of approval from the other authors stating that it will be used as a supportive academic paper by no one other than the candidate.

B: Graduation prior to completion of a standard program (3 years) (early completion) All of the conditions from (1) to (11) below must be fulfilled: (1) The candidate must complete 12 credits of compulsory courses and 8 or more credits of

electives, or be certain to complete, (2) The candidate must be recommended by his/ main advisor,

(3) Three or more academic papers which have been published in refereed academic journal, of which the candidate is the lead author, and at least one of which is recognized as an exceptional piece of work, are required. An academic journal is defined as a journal that is listed in Current Contents or one that is highly regarded within a particular academic field,

(4) One or more of the academic papers mentioned above must be based on the student’s research while enrolled in the Doctoral Program,

(5) Having completed one or more supportive academic papers on which the dissertation is based (hereinafter “supportive academic paper”) of which the student is the sole author or, in the case of a co-authored paper, the lead author,

(6) The candidate must submit an application for early completion and his/her supportive academic papers to the Director of the Doctoral and Master's Programs in Animal and Food Hygiene, and must complete a mid-term presentation by the deadline. The deadline for March graduation is October 31st, and for September graduation is May 31st,

(7) The supportive academic paper must have been published in a refereed academic journal or accepted for publication.

(8) A supportive academic paper must be published while the student is enrolled in the Doctoral Program, or have been accepted for publication. If not yet published at the time of application it will be treated as having been published if a certificate of publication is submitted (if source and date can be confirmed, submission by fax or e-mail is also acceptable). An acceptable certificate of publication must confirm author’s name, name of academic journal, title of paper, vol. no., and date of publication,

(9) If a supportive academic paper has more than one author, it must be accompanied by letter(s) of approval from the other authors stating that it will be used as a supportive academic paper by no one other than the candidate,

(10) The candidate must be recognized as a person who has achieved exceptional works after being evaluated his/her works and mid-term presentation in the Meeting of the Doctoral and Master's Programs in Animal and Food Hygiene, and must be recommended to the Graduate School Education Committee,

(11) The candidate must be certified as a person who has achieved exceptional works by the President after the deliberations of the Graduate School Education Committee.

Ⅲ．学位申請期日

学位申請期日は３月修了の場合は１２月１０日，９月修了の場合は６月３０日を原則としま

すが，年度の暦により前後することがあるので，年度ごとに大学が公表します。

上記の期日に間に合わない場合でも課程博士として学位申請することができますが，取り扱

いについてはⅧ．を参照してください。

なお，提出先は学務課教務係です。

III. Degree application dates In principle, the application deadline for March graduation is December 10th, and June 30th for

September graduation, but changes are possible depending on the school calendar, so the university will make an official announcement each year.

It is still possible to make an application for a Doctoral degree if the dates above are missed, as per VIII below.

Ⅴ．学位論文審査及び最終試験

１学位論文審査

（１）学位審査委員会の審査委員の選考は，学位申請を行う学期の始めに行われ，原則として，

主指導教員が主査となり，副査の選考は主査に委ねられます。

（２）学位審査委員会は，５名以上の審査委員により構成され，主査による選考結果を基に，

大学院教育部会議で決定されます。大学院教育部会議が特に必要と認めたときは，他の大

学院又は研究機関等の教職員等を副査に含めることができます。

（３）学位申請者から学長に提出された学位論文は，「博士学位論文に関する手続き等について

の申合せ」に従い，申請要件及び必要書類が確認された場合に正式に受理され，大学院教

育部会議にその審査が付託されます。

（４）大学院教育部会議は，論文ごとに学位審査委員会を設置するとともに，学位審査委員会

による審査結果を基に学位の授与の可否を審議させるため，学位授与審査会を設置します。

（５）学位審査委員会は，主査が主催者となり公開審査会を実施します。

（６）公開審査会は，申請者による学位論文の口頭発表と質疑応答により行います。

（７）主査は，副査と協議の上，審査結果を「学位論文審査の結果の要旨」により学長に提出

します。

２最終試験

（１）学位論文を中心に関連科目についての口頭又は筆記による試験を実施します。

（２）試験結果は，主査が取りまとめ「最終試験の結果の要旨」として学長に提出します。

V. Dissertation screening and final test 1 Dissertation screening (1) The prospective members of the Degree Committee are selected in the beginning of the term in which the candidate intends to apply for dissertation screening. As a general rule, the chief of the committee is the main advisor of the candidate, and the selection of other committee members is left to him/her. (2) The Degree Committee must consist of 5 or more members, and the members are determined based on the selection by the main advisor in the Graduate School Education Committee. Faculty of other graduate schools or research institutions may be included as members of the Degree Committee when deemed necessary by the Graduate School Education Committee. (3) If a candidate is judged to have completed all requirements for dissertation evaluation and have submitted all necessary documents in accordance with 'Agreement on the Procedure for Acceptance of Doctoral Dissertation', his/her dissertation shall be officially accepted, and the President shall commit the evaluation to the Graduate School Education Committee. (4) The Graduate School Education Committee shall establish a Degree Committee for each dissertation, and also establish the Degree Conferral Committee to deliberate whether or not to award a Doctoral degree based on the evaluation conclusion by each Degree Committee. (5) The chief of the Degree Committee shall organize and conduct an open public review meeting of the dissertation. (6) The open public review meeting of the dissertation shall consist of an oral presentation by the candidate and a question and answer session. (7) Upon consulting with other members of the Degree Committee, the chief of the committee submit the results of the evaluation to the President in the form of a “Summary of Dissertation Evaluation Results”.

2 Final test (1) An oral or written examination shall be conducted on subjects pertinent to the dissertation.

(2) The results of the examination shall be compiled by the chief of the Degree Committee and submitted to the President in the form of a “Summary of Final Test Results”

Ⅵ．学位授与の方針（ディプロマ・ポリシー）

帯広畜産大学大学院畜産学研究科博士後期課程畜産衛生学専攻は，以下の能力を身につけた

人に学位を授与します。

１．獣医・農畜産融合の視点から，食料の生産から消費について高度な知識と倫理観を身につ

けている

２．生命・食料・環境の分野について地球規模の課題の解決に向けた取り組みができる

３．思考・判断の過程を説明するために必要なプレゼンテーション能力およびコミュニケーシ

ョン能力を身につけている

４．本研究科に配置された専攻分野に関する高度専門職業人としての知識と技術を身につけて

いる

５．獣医学，農畜産学およびそれらの融合領域の各専門分野において，自立して高度な研究・

開発を行うことができる

６．研究成果を取りまとめて作成した学術論文を国内外に発表することができる

VI. Diploma Policy A doctorate of Animal and Food Hygiene shall be conferred on a person who: 1. Acquire knowledge and ethics related to food production and consumption from a

comprehensive perspective of agriculture, animal science and veterinary science, 2. Strive to solve global issues in the fields of food and environmental science, 3. Acquire communication and presentation skill to explain his/her own ideas, 4. Acquire the skills required by an advanced specialist related to the specific subjects covered

in the Graduate School curriculum, 5. Can conduct research and development at a high level in the fields of veterinary science,

agricultural science by integrating all aspects of these fields and 6. Can summarize research results and publish papers at home and abroad.

Ⅶ．学位論文審査基準

博士学位論文は，申請者が主体的に行った研究の成果をとりまとめ，日本語または英語で記

載したものでなければならない。この論文について，研究科，専攻およびコースのディプロマ

ポリシー（学位授与方針）に基づき，以下の観点を考慮に入れて評価する。

１．論文内容に合った適切なタイトルがつけられている。

２．全体の序論（背景・目的），基礎となる学術論文を基盤とした章立て，総合考察，結語，引

用文献から構成され，博士学位論文としての適切な体裁を整えている。

３．先行する研究に関する情報が十分に調査・分析され，研究の背景および目的が明示されて

いる。

４．実施した研究方法が適正であり，具体的かつ明確に記述されている。

５．得られた結果の内容が，文章，図表などとして適正で分かりやすく表示されている。

６．結果について深く読解・考察されており，結論に至るまでの論旨が論理的に展開されてい

る。

７．新規性・独創性の高い研究内容が含まれている。

８．研究成果の学術的価値が高く，将来への発展の可能性および社会への波及効果が大きいと

期待される。

９．関連研究等に関する文献の引用が適正であり，剽窃や無断引用を含む研究倫理の問題に対

して十分な留意がなされている。

VII. Evaluation criteria for dissertation The dissertation should be written in Japanese or English about the research conducted

independently by the doctoral candidate. The dissertation will be evaluated based on the diploma policies of the graduate school, and the program and laboratory that the candidate belongs to and the following criteria. 1. A title clearly identifies the topic of the dissertation. 2. An introduction (background, objective), chapters including published papers on which the

dissertation is based, general discussion, conclusion and references in a standard dissertation style.

3. Previous studies are critically investigated and analyzed to provide the background and objective of the dissertation.

4. Methods are described in detail, so it is clear why they were selected for the research. 5. Data are shown accurately and clearly in the text using figures and tables. 6. Results are interpreted critically and discussed in reaching logical conclusions. 7. The dissertation includes creative and original findings. 8. The research is academically valuable and has the potential for future advances that will

contribute significantly to society. 9. References are listed completely and accurately and with careful attention paid to research

ethics, including plagiarism and proper citation.

Ⅷ．学位授与の可否

学位論文審査及び最終試験の終了後，博士後期課程の主任指導を担当する教員及び学長が指

名する者により構成される学位授与審査会において，各主査から各学位申請者の論文審査結果

等の報告を行い，学位授与の可否を審議します。審査結果は学長に報告され，学長は，この審

査結果を基に，教授会の意見を聴いて最終的な学位授与の可否を決定します。

VIII. Decision on degree conferral Following the completion of the dissertation evaluation and final test by each Degree

Committee, the chief of the committee shall report on the dissertation evaluation and final test results of each candidate in the Degree Conferral Committee which is composed of all of the main advisors and a few persons appointed by the President. The Degree Conferral Committee shall deliberate whether or not to award a Doctoral degree to each candidate, and report the conclusions to the President. The President shall make the final decision on awarding degrees after hearing the opinions by the Faculty Council.

Ⅸ．学位論文の公表について

「やむを得ない事由」がある場合を除き，博士学位論文の全文・内容の要旨・論文審査結果

の要旨について，帯広畜産大学学術情報リポジトリで公表します。

「やむを得ない事由」により，論文の全文公表ができない場合は，学位を授与される３日前

までに，「理由書」を学務課に提出しなければなりません。なお，「やむを得ない事由」と認め

られた場合は，速やかに論文の要約を提出してください。

※「やむを得ない事由」の例：

・インターネットに公表できない内容を含む場合（立体形状による表現や個人情報など）

・インターネット公表により明らかに不利益が発生する場合（特許申請，学術ジャーナル

掲載予定，出版・刊行など）

IX. Publication of dissertation Unless there is “inevitable reason”, the whole contents of the dissertation and the dissertation

evaluation results are released on the Obihiro University scholarly information repository via the

internet. If there is “inevitable reason”, it is necessary to submit the “Statement of Explanation” to the

Graduate School staff of the Student Educational Support Section by 3 days before degree confirmation. If the case is accepted to be “inevitable reason”, it is necessary to submit the abstract of the dissertation immediately. *The instance of “inevitable reason”;

Case1: The case in which the dissertation includes the contents which cannot be expressed or are improper to make public via the internet. (The representation of three-dimensional shape, Personal information, etc.)

Case2: The case in which the publication of the dissertation via the internet obviously leads to disadvantage. (Applying for a patent, Being under submission to scientific journal, etc.)

Ⅹ．学位申請期日後の学位申請（退学日に遡及修了）

Ⅲ．の大学が定める申請期日に間に合わない場合でも，当該学期の末日（３月３１日又は９

月３０日）までにⅡ．の学位論文受理の条件が満たされれば，学位申請したうえで当該学期の

末日に退学することができます。この場合，論文の受理の可否は学位申請後の直近の大学院教

育部会議で審議し，受理後１年以内に審査等所定の手続きが終了した場合は，退学日に遡及し

て課程修了を認定し，学位が授与されます。

X. Application for degree after fixed application date (Program completion retroactive to date of withdrawal)

In the event that the application date fixed by the University in section III above is missed, a student is able to withdraw on the last day of the semester in question (March 31 or September 30) upon submission of an application, provided that all of the requirements for acceptance of a dissertation outlined in section II above have been fulfilled by the last day of the semester in question. The matter will be deliberated at the Graduate School Education Committee held immediately after the degree application is submitted. Provided that all of the required evaluations and other procedures have been completed within 1 year, the date of program completion shall be deemed to be the date of withdrawal, and a degree shall be conferred.

[Requirements for completing candidacy documents]

Ⅰ 学位申請時の学位論文

１学位申請用の学位論文は，クリップ等で仮綴じし，学位審査委員会委員の数＋１部を提出

してください。（学位審査委員会委員が５名の場合は，６部提出）

２使用する言語は，日本語又は英語とします。

３用紙は，Ａ４判白紙とし，必ずワープロソフトを使用して印字してください。

日本語の場合は，必ず左横書きとします。

I Dissertation for degree application 1 Fasten the dissertation submitted for degree application with a clip and submit one set for

each screening official of the Dissertation Committee, plus an extra set. (e.g., when the committee is comprised of 5 screening officials, submit 6 sets)

2 The dissertation must be written in Japanese or English. 3 Use blank, A4 paper and prepare and print the dissertation with word processing software.

Dissertations in Japanese must be printed horizontally from left to right.

Ⅱ 論文目録（別紙様式第４号）

論文目録は，記入例，備考欄の指示に従って記入してください。

なお，提出時には備考欄の指示の箇所は削除してください。

II Dissertation Index (Form No. 4) Follow the example provided and any instructions in the remarks column. When submitting the dissertation, delete the instructions in the remarks column.

１学位論文題目

題目が英語の場合は和訳を（）内に記入してください。

英語での表記方法

（１）最初の単語，固有名詞及び学名を除いては，小文字とする。

（２）学名は，イタリック体とする。

1 Title of the dissertation Include a Japanese translation of an English title, in parentheses ( ).

(1) Lower case letters must be used except for first words, proper nouns, and scientific names. (2) Scientific names must be italicized.

２学位論文の基礎となる学術論文

（１）学位申請者が筆頭著者で，その内容が学位論文の一部を構成しているものをいいます。

（２）記載方法は，記入例のとおりとし，題目，著者名，学術雑誌名，巻・号・頁，発行年月

の順とする。（学術雑誌名は，略記しないこと。）

（３）論文が未刊行の場合は，学術雑誌編集委員会から「学術雑誌第○巻第○号に掲載する」

旨の証明書が交付されたものに限り，既刊として取り扱うので，証明書を必ず添付してく

ださい。

論文が未刊行の場合は，発行年月の後に「（掲載証明付）」と記載してください。

（４）共著について

①申請者がその論文の共同研究において主たる役割を務めていること。

②共著者が過去においていずれの大学に対しても学位論文として申請をしていないもので

あること。

③申請者がその論文を学位論文の内容とすることについて，共著者の承諾が得られたもの

であること。

2 Supportive academic papers (1) Must consist of material that forms part of the dissertation, of which the candidate is the lead author. (2) References must conform to the example and must be in the following order: title, author, title of academic journal, volume, issue, page, date of publication (Titles of academic journals must not be abbreviated). (3) If an article has not yet been published, it will be treated as having been published provided that a certificate is issued by the head of the journal’s editorial committee stating that the article “will be published in issue XX of volume XX of Academic Journal XX”, so be sure to attach the necessary certificate. Include the notation (certificate of publication attached) after the acceptance date, if an article is yet to be published. (4) Co-authors

① The candidate must have taken a lead role in joint research for the article. ② None of the co-authors must have submitted the article as a dissertation at any

university in the past. ③ The candidate must receive consent from all co-authors to use the article as part of his

or her dissertation.

３参考論文

（１）参考論文とは，学位論文の基礎となる学術論文以外のもので，申請者が著者として加わ

って作成された学術論文をいいます。

（２）記載の仕方及び未刊行の場合の取り扱いは，学位論文の基礎となる学術論文と同様とし

ます。

3 Reference papers (1) Reference papers refer to academic papers that are not supportive academic papers, but were authored or co-authored by the candidate. (2) They must be referenced or treated, in the case of articles not yet published, in the same way as supportive academic papers.

Ⅲ 論文要旨

記入例，様式の備考欄の指示に従い記入してください。なお，提出時には備考欄の指示の箇

所は削除してください。
