Phase 1: Sorsogon’s achievements g• A comprehensive and participatory adaptation assessment conducted in

• Through city consultations and a participatory process Sorsogon commenced several initiatives addressing climate change: a livelihoods strategy targeting vulnerable groups, shelter retro-fitting, energy saving measures, disaster preparedness plans.
• Sorsogon City is also re-drafting its shelter plan & revisiting its land-use and development plans development plans
