• The Early Warning can be defined as a warning, a warning signal to inform officials and the public.

• The role of CRH as auxiliary pouvpoirs public in the humanitarian field refers to the rapid dissemination of information on disasters threatening the institutions and the general population.

• It is therefore the pivot action of the DGC. It links between preparedness and response.

• Its role is to inform managers of all levels to be prepared to take action.

TRANSMISSION / DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION ON ALERT

It's about using all existing means of communication through an awareness campaign called "Kouri Vwazen Di W":

E-mail, Spot Radio / TV, billboard, brochure, poster, Téléphome, Network Relay GRD / Humanitarian ...

However, the authority (institution) responsible for the transmission / distribution of information is previously defined in each stage of alert (green, yellow, orange, red) and the contingency plans of each of the struture National DRG system and manual emergency operation of the HRC.

 The audible and visual means are often considered / used to strengthen the system:                  Flag, balloon, Conch Sound, vaccinia, whistle, bell, house search         community meeting ...

 NB: when the capacity of dissemination or communication of a structure is affected or damaged surrounding structures can help. For this, prior agreements should be considered.
