- 1 - 壹、課程依據 依據教育部修正發布 99 學年度實施「職業學校群科課程綱要」。 貳、課程規劃 一、課程規劃 (一)規劃理念與原則 以本校的條件背景為基礎,以學生的需求為目標,以社會的期望為依據,在部訂課程 架構與授權範圍內,結合校內外資源與人力,規劃課程以達成學校教育目標及發展特色。 規劃原則如下: 1.力求將學習者的經驗、能力及興趣相結合,以落實適性學習理念。 2.加強與國中、技職院校的垂直銜接,以達成課程無縫銜接之目的。 3.加強各群科及學科的水平統整,以達成科目簡化專精之目的。 4.兼顧全國規劃的基準和學校發展的彈性。 5.統整基礎學術和專業能力,重視生涯發展基礎,培養學生適應社會變遷的能力。 6.配合各群科技術能力要求,強化學校與職場的銜接。 (二)規劃特色 1.著重基本學科能力之培養,藉以奠定未來接受高等教育及進行終身學習所需之基礎。 2.各群科之核心科目均能適度提供進階課程作為增廣教學,以利培養未來高級技術人力。 3.加強人文素養及職業道德之培養,以達成全人教育之目標。 4.同時提供升學與就業模組課程,透過課程選修或校內轉科機制,滿足學生升學或就業 目標。 二、課程發展組織 (一)組織架構 本校為順利推動各項課程規劃工作,於校務會議下分設校務發展委員會以及課程 發展委員會,其中課程發展委員會下分為 7 個研究小組,共計有 21 項領域或科教學研 究會,各領域或科教學研究會由相關任課教師組成,並由科主任或召集人兼任教學研 究會召集人,組織架構如圖 1 所示。
