1.Product introduction /Features /Paramater

1.1Brief Introduction

Swing gate turnstile is a kind of 2-way speed access control equipment designed for places with security requirements.

The swing barrier gate uses the authorized mode to control the entry and exit of the pedestrian. It can be used for unsupervised passage management.Combining swayed door wing,simple and fashion style, the swing barrier gate is the best choice for access control of modern building.

Swing gate turnstile series are fully applicable to a high traffic flow places like school, station,airport,subway ,office building, and other places.

1.2Features

Power-On Self –Test:When the gate is powered on or restarted, it will test all the functionautomatically.

Anti-Pinch protection:In the anti pinch region is equivalent to the human object detection.

Alarm: Illegal invaders and reverse passenger will trigger the alarm. Automatic opening after emergency fire signal input

Anti-tailgating:When one people swipe the authorized card and pass through, then another

2.Installation

2.1 Installation conditions

The foundation must be concrete structure to ensure that the expansion screws can be firmly fixed. If you do not have this condition, please consult a professional team to find other conditions for firmly fixing the gate, such as piling and laying steel plates.

2.2 Installation location

The installation position depends on the size of the gate.If it is installed near a wall, a distance of 100mm between the gate and the wall needs to be reserved for ease of opening the top cover of the machine to perform maintenance and adjustment.( As shown in Below Figure---PIC 1 )

2.3 Cable installation

1) Signal wires: RJ45 wires

2) Cable: Standard power wire, RVV3*1.5mm2

Note: 1)The power cable and signal cable must be routed independently. One hose runs the power cable (strong power) and one hose runs the signal cable (weak power).

2)Please connect the cables by professional electrician, the gate must be connected to the ground wire. There is a special ground terminal on the bottom of the inside of the chassis to ensure reliable grounding of the cable ground

2.4 Main body Installation

1) Power on, and adjust the swing arm/wing arm,and make sure the arms are on the same line.

2) Test if the infrared is aligned.

3) Make the screw hole and edge of the base.

4)  Drill hole.  Remove the gate, prepare a 14mm drill, drill holes with 80 mm depth according to position drawing. ( As shown in Below Figure---PIC 2 )

Menu operation:

Press the “Menu” button to enter the password input interface. The default password is: up, up,down,down, up and down. Enter the 6-digit password and press “OK” to enter the menu. After entering the menu, press “Up” to “Down” to select a function menu and press “OK” to enter the function or value change interface. Press the plus or minus button to select or adjust to the corresponding value.

Example: To change the working mode of the gate: enter the menu, select “the working mode of the gate” in the menu – press “OK” (display the current working mode) – press “OK” to enter the modified working mode selection interface – press “ "" or "down" to select the corresponding working mode

——Press “OK” to modify successfully —— After the setting is completed, press “Cancel” to exit (do not press the cancel button, the system will automatically exit after 15 seconds).

System menu description:

1. Set entrance and exit direction

2. Set whether the two sides of the gate (inlet and exit) are allowed to pass

3. Set the way to open the gate.( Infrared or access control system)

4. Entrance and exit memory function :

1) Prohibited: After the first person passed, the second person need to swipe the card again;

2) Allow : how many person swipe the card, how many person are allowed to pass through.

5. Opening time of the door

If no one pass through when the door opened, set how long will it automatically closed

6. Counter reset

7. The device number of the control board. Generally do not need to be reset.

8. Device Information : Device Version V1.0

9. Type of the gate:Flap barrier or single swing barrier or double swing barrier.

10. System initialization

11. Left pass voice:

Set the voice that the gate needs to play when passing from the left. For example, let the gate play "Welcome" when passing from the left.

12. Right pass voice:

Set the voice that the gate needs to play when passing from the right. For example, let the gate play "Welcome" when passing from the left.

13. Testing voice:

14. Running speed of motor(The smaller the value, the slower the speed)

15. Running speed of vice motor(The smaller the value, the slower the speed)

16. Maximum motor running time:

Set the maximum time for the motor to run at one time (the control board will prevent the motor from idling all the time due to external detection failure or no signal).

17. Set the time to allow 2 infrared at the same time, due to the short distance between some gates

(For example, the left infrared is very close to the anti-pinch) to prevent the human body from blocking the two infrared voices at the same time.

18. Delay the door close time;

It is used to set how long to close the door after passage pass through the gate, the unit is "second", the default is 0, no delay, that is, the person immediately closes after passing.

19. How to set the gate when power off.(Open to left or to right)

20. How to set the infrared.

21. Set whether the door will be closed or not when people pass through the opposite direction.

22. Set whether the motor will be stoped immediately after it is turned into position. Default on.

23. How to set normal open model.

24. Set whether the gate can be opened when it is in alarm.
