핀란드에 기반을 둔 회사의 아이덴티티

를 분석하고, 그 회사의 제품을 홍보

할 수 있는 전시공간을 브랜드 컨셉을

고려하여 디자인하는 것을 목적으로

한다.


Company analysis

학생들은 본 과정을 통하여 컴퓨터 도면 파일을

다루는 법을 배우게 되며, 각 회사의 디자이너들과

직접 만나, 회사의 디자인 정책과 브랜드 방향에

대한 직접적인 이해 및 응용의 학습을 하게 된다.

회사 혹은 특정 단체와의 협업을 통하여 디자인을 그 단체나

회사에 제공하는 것이 본 과정의 목적이다.

올 해는 헬싱키 북부에 있는 살로라는 지역과 지역 주민을 위한

새로운 비지니스를 제안하였다. 살로라는

지역은 3만명 규모의 시골 작은 도시로 지금 현재 경제적인 어려움에

처해 있는 상황이다.

살로 지역의 지역 조합에서는 실제로 간단한 제품을 생산하고 판매할

수 있는 규모의 워크샵을 운영하고 있으며, 본 과정에서의 디자인 도전

과제는 현지에서 지역민들이 생산하고 판매할 수 있을 정도로

간단한 제작과정을 바탕으로 한, 관광 진흥 상품 및

생산 프로세스를 디자인한다.

산업환경이 점차로 Two-sided 플랫폼 비지니스 환경으로 진화함에 따라, 디자인 해결안도 단품 위주의 해결안이 아닌, 비지니스 친화적인 토탈 플랫폼 제공을 목표로 한 작품이 많았음.

‘Salus’ is a non-electric modular medicine distribution kit that allows for the detection and treatment of Malaria Plasmodium Falciparum to be imple-mented locally by elected representa-tives within rural communities in Ethio-pia, while simultaneously tracking drug use statistics to predict epidemics and give early warning of drug shortages to the regional health bureau.

The project began with two primary research questions: ‘What if you could easily and regularly monitor yourself instead of going to the doctor for a check-up?’ and, ‘What if changing lifestyle habits for health reasons could be enjoyable?’ Through addressing these, ‘ORO’ aids in the prevention of obesity and diabetes.
