虱目魚魚鱗的化學組成Chemical composition of milkfish scales


(一) 沒有狂牛病、口蹄疫、禽流感等流行疾病的疑慮

(二) 魚鱗油脂含量少，是膠原蛋白及氫氧磷灰質理想的廉價原料

(三) 魚鱗膠原蛋白品質優良、分子量較小，較易被皮層吸收，以魚鱗研發面膜產品極具發展潛力。

Fish scale collagen has a smaller molecular weight and is

more easily absorbed by the skin


(四) 膠原蛋白具有親水、低過敏、增加皮膚保水能力等許多優良的特質，故在化粧品上的運用廣泛。


Collagen has many excellent qualities such as being hydrophilic,

hypoallergenic, and increasing the skin's ability to retain water, so

it is widely used in cosmetics.

(五)魚鱗原料相較於家畜家禽皮骨便宜，生產膠原蛋白及氫氧磷灰質的成本較低。


Fish scale raw materials are cheaper than livestock and

poultry skins, and the cost of producing collagen and

hydroxyapatite is lower.

(六)魚鱗明膠開發可食性薄膜及噴霧式保鮮劑，可解決魚鱗的環保問題同時又可以避免塑化劑對人體及環境的危害。


Gelatin develops edible films and spray-type preservatives to

solve the environmental pollution problems of fish scales

while avoiding the harm of plasticizers in plastic products to

the human body.

(七)魚鱗氫氧磷灰質鈣磷比與人體骨骼相近，其膠原蛋白水解物又有助於鈣質及鐵吸收，是發展鈣補充品及功能性調味料的良好材料。

The calcium to phosphorus ratio of scales is similar to human

bones, and its collagen hydrolysate is also helpful for calcium

and iron absorption. It is a good material for the development

of calcium supplements and functional seasonings.



(八) 以魚鱗為原料，可避免與禁食豬牛的宗教信仰產生衝突。

Using fish scales as a raw material can avoid conflicts

with the religious beliefs of fasting pigs and cattle.
