従来からの設定方法でMatrix数を設定し、空間分解能が決定される。

Matrix変更→自動でACQ voxel MPS(mm)決定FOV変更 →自動でACQ voxel MPS(mm)決定

☆Matrixの変更Matrix scanを128-512に変更すると、ピンファントムでは、 Matrix数が大

きい方がより高分解能の撮影が可能であった。しかし臨床画像では、撮影時間の延長やS/N低下により、診断価値のない画像となる危険性もあるように感じた。使用コイルの感度や撮影部位に応じた適切な分解能設定が必要である。

☆FOVの変更同じACQ voxelでは、FOVが広い方がInformationのSignal level(%)が10%

程度高値であった。FOVのみで分解能を高めるのは、S/Nの低下をまねくと思われる。しかし、Matrixのみで分解能を高く設定すると撮影時間の延長が顕著となり、FOVとMatrixのバランスを考慮した設定が必要である。

☆Scan percentageの変更ピンファントムとボランティアの検討では、70%程度までならほぼすべて

のシーケンスで分解能の顕著な低下が認められなかった。Scan%の変更は、高分解能を維持しつつ撮影時間やS/Nの向上に変更するパラメーターと感じた。

☆Reconstructionの変更ACQ voxelの数倍のマトリックスで表示させると、ピンファントムで一見分解能が高くなったような印象を受けたが、ピンファントムの周囲にアンダーシュート状のアーチファクトが目立つようになった。しかし、ACQ voxel 0.40*0.40程度の高分解能撮影では、4倍のREC voxel

0.10*0.10で表示させてもアンダーシュート状のアーチファクトの出現が抑えられ分解能向上つながった。
