條款及細則

1. 價錢以港幣、雙人房每位計算。如單人入住，需繳付艙房附加費。

2. 郵輪公司會因應市場需求不定期調整價目，所有價格只供參考，實價以在正式查詢及確定訂位時船公司官方回覆資料作準。

3. 任何優惠推廣項目或房間優惠價格一律名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。

4. 訂位時需繳交全費作留位用途。繳付全費後，不得作出任何更改。

5. 顧客訂位時，必須核實名字與旅遊證件完全相同，否則將失去原有之訂位價格及優惠或須繳付更改之相關費用，而郵輪公司亦有權拒絕顧客登船，最終決定權以郵輪公司為

準，顧客不得異議。

6. 艙房住宿乃根據郵輪公司實際供應而定，艙房層數及號碼將於辦理登船手續時由郵輪公司派發，並以郵輪公司最後安排為準。本公司及郵輪公司亦可在不收取額外費用下提

升艙房至較高級別，客人不得異議。

7. 香港旅遊業議會建議旅客出發前購買合乎自己需要的旅遊保險。

8. 顧客必須確保所持有之旅遊證件必須有最少 6 個月有效期 (以回港日期計算，個別國家除外)及有足夠之空白頁供簽證及入境之用。旅客同時必須持有有效之入境簽證，本

公司及郵輪公司對旅客因個人證件所產生之任何問題概不負責。

9. 郵輪公司保留任何時間及任何理由取消及/或更改任何原定停泊港口/航線/價目/節目之權利，毋須事先通知。

10. 本公司及郵輪公司有權因應當日郵輪抵達港口時間及當地交通情況而增減所有行程安排，並不會因此而作出補償，各參加者不得異議。

11. 如因颱風、天氣惡劣、風浪或各種未能預知或迫不得已的情況下而不能泊岸，甚至更改整個行程，本公司及郵輪公司不會作出任何補償，顧客不得異議。

12. 如因停泊口岸之清關或入境手續問題引致行程延誤，導致行程有所增減或更改，本公司及郵輪公司不會作出任何賠償，客人不得異議。

13. 乘客報名後，如“取消訂位”或“任何更改”均作“取消”處理，將不獲退款。

14. 以上價目及細則，如有更改將不作另行通知，一切以報名為準，本公司及郵輪公司保留權利隨時更改以上之條款，若有任何異議，本公司及郵輪公司保留一切最終決定權。
