学 術 情 報センターLibrary and Information Resource Center

　図書館は、図書・雑誌その他の学術情報を収集管理し、本学の学生および教職員の利用に供するとともに、図書館サービスを提供することを目的としています。　学外の方の利用もでき、資料の閲覧や貸出、複写のほか、子ども図書室の利用など、地域社会にも開かれています。併せて、学習の場としてグループ学習室、研究個室、ラーニングコモンズなどが設置されているほか、明治時代から現在使用中のものに至るまでの小・中学校の教科書類を保存している貴重書庫があります。

The University library is in charge of academic information, such as books and scholarly journals. Students and teachers are able to utilize these.

It is open to the public, and visitors are allowed to view and borrow documents, photocopy, and use the children’s library. Also, the Learning Commons, Private Study Room and Group Study Room have been created as study spaces. In the Rare Book Room, we have textbooks of elementary and junior high schools from the Meiji period to the present.

　学術情報センターは、図書や雑誌などの学術資料及び情報基盤システムの利用提供を行うとともに、学術情報に関する研究を推進することにより、福岡教育大学における教育・研究の活性化と、大学運営の効率化を支援すること、また、併せて地域社会への学術情報の提供・公開によって社会貢献を行うことを目的としています。

The Library and Information Resource Center provides books, scholarly journals and an information infrastructure, and also stimulates education and research within our uni-versity to support the management of the promotion of research using academic information. In addition, this center contributes to the local community by providing academic information.

　パソコン教室の管理･運用を始めとして、情報システム・情報ネットワークを本学の学生・教職員等の利用に供することにより、教育・研究の活性化を促進するためのサービス提供を行っています。計算機システムやネットワーク、及び情報処理システムの運営・管理に関する業務を行います。

　PCについては、利用者（本学教職員・学生）にユーザIDを発行し、利用に供しています。各種利用規程に基づき、情報機器の利用者への啓発・指導を行うなど、適正な運用に努めています。

　健康科学センターは、本学における学生及び教職員の健康管理を行うために、医療部門とカウンセリング部門を置き、医師、看護師、カウンセラーが常駐しています。また、健康科学に関する研究を一体的に行うことによって心身の健康の保持増進を図ることを目的としています。

The aim of the Center for Health Science is to preserve and promote mental and physical health by conducting integral research in the areas of health science and health care services for students and faculty/staff at the university. 　障害のある子どもに関する基礎的・臨床的研究、教育方法の開発等を行い、学生の臨床教育に役立て、西日本地区の大学の研究者等との共同研究を深め、地域社会に貢献することを目的としています。障害のある子どもに関する支援のための種々の指導室及び実態把握・評価のための検査評価機器・用具等を設置しています。

This center aims to deepen collaborative research with university researchers in the West Japan region and to contribute to the local com-munity by carrying out basic and clinical research on issues concerning children with disabilities, and developing teaching methods to contrib-ute to the practice of clinical education. The center is equipped with instruction rooms to provide support for children with disabilities, and testing equipment and tools for assessment and evaluation.

研究プロジェクト Research Projects

　本研究所では、教育実践研究部門、高等教育研究部門、特別支援教育研究部門など６つの研究部門を設置しており、令和元年度は18の研究プロジェクトを実施してきました。これらの研究部門のうち「九州教育研究連携・共同部門」は、教員養成における九州の広域拠点という本学の役割を果たすために設置された部門で、教員養成や教師教育に関する研究を中心に次のような研究プロジェクトを実施しました。

①教員の養成・採用・研修の一体的改革推進事業　�若手教員支援に係る主幹教諭及び指導教諭の役割モデルの構築による働き方改革への寄与に関する研究【文科省（教育人材政策課）委託事業】

②�福岡県教育センターとの連携による動画コンテンツを活用した教員研修支援プロジェクト

　①は、平成30年度に設立した「九州教員研修支援ネットワーク」の情報網を活用し、働き方改革について先進的な取組をしている九州地区の小学校や中学校の取組事例を収集し、若手教員支援に係る主幹教諭及び指導教諭の役割モデルを構築することで、学校における働き方改革に寄与しようというものです。②は、初任者研修等で活用できる動画コンテンツを開発し、その成果や課題を明らかにしようというものです。令和元年度は算数科及び数学科の動画コンテンツを作成しました。　他の研究部門においても、以下のような研究プロジェクトを実施し、いじめ根絶、合理的配慮、育成指標の具現化などの学校現場の課題解決に資する研究を進めています。

The Institute has six research departments, including Educational Prac-tice Research, Higher Education Research, and Special Needs Education Research, and implemented 18 research projects in the academic year 2019. Among the research departments, the Department of Research Col-laboration/Joint Venture in Education in Kyushu, the department which has been set up to fulfill the university’s role as a regional base of teacher training in Kyushu, has implemented the following research projects, mainly in reference to teacher training and pedagogical education.

(1) Project for the Promotion of Integrated Reform of Teacher Train-ing, Hiring, and DevelopmentResearch on how the development of role models for senior teachers and supervising teachers involved in supporting young teachers contributes to work style reform (Project commissioned by Educational Human Resources Policy Division, MEXT)

(2) Collaborative project with the Fukuoka Prefectural Education Center for supporting teacher training by using videos

(1) aims to help reform the work style at schools by leveraging the infor-mation network of the Kyushu Teacher Development Support Network that was established in academic year 2018, gathering information on vari-ous initiatives at elementary and junior high schools in the Kyushu area that are conducting progressive work style reforms, and developing roles models for senior teachers and supervising teachers involved in support-ing young teachers. (2) involves the creation of videos that can be used for training new teachers, and aims to identify the outcomes and issues of such content. In academic year 2019 the department created videos for mathematics education.

Other research departments are engaged in the research project, listed below, as well as furthering research to help address the challenges faced by teachers, including eliminating bullying, providing reasonable accom-modation, and creating training indicators.

(3) Action Program to Root Out Bullying (BP Project) (a collaborative and participatory project with four universities: Miyagi University of Education, Joetsu University of Education, Naruto University of Education, and University of Teacher Education Fukuoka)

The Institute for Advanced Studies in Education is a comprehensive research institute on education, which is housed in the only national uni-versity in Kyushu that is exclusively focused on teacher training. It aims to further enhance the university’s function of teacher training, includ-ing continuous training for teachers, as well as to contribute to the devel-opment of education in Japan by promoting comprehensive research on education that addresses, for instance, contemporary challenges in edu-cation and focused disciplines/interdisciplinarity.

利用について Introduction

　本センターには、競争的スペースとして「共用スペースＡ」「共用スペースＢ」を設けています。これらは、共同研究や研究プロジェクト等を行う場であり、教育・研究の活性化のため、大いに活用していただければと考えています。　教育・研究の支援として、ものづくり創造教育センターが所有する物品（工作機械、機器、工具、教具等）及び教材の使用・貸出を行っています。

This center has “Share Space A” and “Share Space B” as rental space. These are for collaborative research or project work. We encourage our students to take full advantage of these areas to stimulate education and research.

In addition, we lend materials (machines, devices, tools and teaching equipment, etc.) for the support of education/research at the Monozukuri Creativity Education Center.

キャリア支 援センターCareer Support Center

　キャリア支援センターは、全学的な立場から本学学生のキャリア形成支援及び就職支援を推進することを目的としています。　キャリア支援センターでは、個別の就職支援や進路・就職相談、就職関連情報の提供の他、教員志望者を対象として2年次から４年次の教員採用試験が終わるまで「教員採用試験のための特別講座」を学内で開講しています。特別講座は、教員採用試験に向けて２年次から４年次まで連続発展的に学ぶことができる内容となっており、筆記試験、面接、集団討論、模擬授業対策に至るまで、きめ細かい指導を行っています。

UTEF established the Career Support Center. Its purpose is to facilitate university-wide promotion of employment and career support for students.

The Career Support Center provides students with individ-ualized employment support, advice about careers, and employment-related information. It also organizes a special course for the teachers’ examination. This course is held for students aspiring to become a teacher, and it is provided from the second year until the fourth year, when the teach-ing-staff examinations finishes. The content of the special course is designed to be learned continuously and expan-sively from the second to the fourth year in preparation for the teaching-staff examination. It features highly detailed guidance, including written examinations, interviews, group discussions, and mock tests.

　障害学生支援センターでは、障害のある学生への教育及び学生生活の支援を行っています。また、「独立行政法人日本学生支援機構障害学生修学支援ネットワーク」の九州・沖縄地区拠点校、「日本聴覚障害学生高等教育支援ネットワーク（PEPNet-Japan）」の参加校として、修学支援に関する情報提供を行っています。

The Center for Students with Disabilities provides a range of services to support the education and daily lives of stu-dents with disabilities.

The Center also provides information on learning support, utilizing its position as the Kyushu and Okinawa area hub school of JASSO’s Learning Support Network for Students with Disabilities, and as an affiliate of the Postsecondary Edu-cation Programs Network of Japan for students with hearing disabilities (PEPNET-Japan).

研究実績・成果Research outcomes/results

　平成28年11月に、センターに専任の支援担当教員を配置し、以下の実績、成果を上げています。◦�平成28年度教育総合研究所研究プロジェクト「教育実習時における聴覚障害学生のサポートニーズの検討」が採択され（配分額：2年総額100万円）、福岡県内すべての小中学校に対して、障害のある教育実習生の受け入れ状況や受け入れる際に必要な支援内容について調査を行いました。調査結果を踏まえて、「障害学生修学支援ミニガイド―教育実習のサポートマニュアル―」を他大学と連携して作成し、附属学校園や近隣の学校へ配布しました。

◦�学内教員が障害のある学生をより理解するために「障害学生修学支援ミニガイド―場面別配慮点―」を作成し、学内のすべての教員に配布しました。複数の教員から潜在的なニーズを抱える学生に関する相談が寄せられており、助言を行っています。

教員研 修 支 援センターTeacher Development Support Center

設置の趣旨 Goals of the Network

　九州地区全体で教員研修に関する情報の提供・共有を図り、教員研修の機能の強化・充実に向けて研修プログラムの共同開発や大学教員の研修講師データバンクの整備、教員育成指標の活用方法の検討等を行い、教員研修の質の向上に恒常的に取り組む体制を整備するものです。　「九州教員研修支援ネットワーク」は、平成28年度に本学教育総合研究所が文部科学省より委託された調査研究事業の取組として設立した「九州地区教員育成指標協議会」や、平成29〜30年度の「九州地区教員養成・研修研究協議会」等の実績や関係者の要望を踏まえ、文部科学省の機能強化経費等を受け、平成31年３月に発足しました。　現在、九州・沖縄の19の国公私立大学と12の九州各県、政令指定都市、中核市の教育委員会が参画しています。　各大学の専門的知見や地域の優れた取組事例を持ち寄り、教員研修を効果的・効率的に実施することにより、地域の教育課題の解決とともに九州全体の教育力の向上に資するよう取り組むこととしています。

The Kyushu Teacher Development Support Network aims to provide and share information regarding continuous teacher training across the whole Kyushu region. Focused on improving and strengthening the function of continuous teacher training, it manages a databank on collaboratively developed continu-ous training programs and university teacher development classes, while conducting research into the use of teacher train-ing indicators, and making sustained efforts to improve the quality of continuous teacher training.

Thanks to functional enhancement funding received from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technol-ogy (MEXT), the network was created in March 2019 based on the outcomes of the “Conference for Teacher Training Indicators in the Kyushu Region” (an initiative set up in 2016 by this univer-sity’s Institute for Advanced Studies in Education at the request of MEXT), and the 2017-18 “Conference for the Development and Training of Teachers in the Kyushu Region,” as well as requests from participants.

The network currently involves the 12 Boards of Education of designated cities, core cities, and prefectures in the Kyushu region, and 19 public and private universities across Kyushu and Okinawa.

The expertise of each university and the outstanding initia-tives of each region are combined to conduct effective and effi-cient continuous teacher training, which allows the network to contribute to the solving of regional education issues as well as the improvement of the educational capability of Kyushu as a whole.

　本センターは、教育委員会と教員養成に携わる大学等が連携して、教員研修の質的向上を目指す「九州教員研修支援ネットワーク」の事務局機能の役割を担っており、教員研修についての調査研究や研修プログラムの開発、教員研修講師の情報の収集等に関する業務を行います。

In collaboration with the Boards of Education and universities that train teachers, the center acts as the secretariat for the Kyushu Teacher Development Support Network, which aims to improve the quality of continuous teacher training. It conducts research and development on continuous teacher training, and handles the administrative affairs related to the collection of information on continuous teacher training classes.

背景 Background

　学校現場では、ベテラン教員の大量退職と新規採用者の増加で指導技術をどのように継承するのか、また、働き方改革による研修時間の確保が課題となっています。併せて、プログラミング教育、英語や道徳、主体的・対話的で深い学び等、教員には新しい教育課題に対応できる多様な資質が求められており、限られた時間の中で充実した研修を行う工夫が問われています。

As large numbers of veteran teachers leave the profession and new recruits increase, schools are faced with issues such as ensuring continuity of teaching skills and securing time for continuous teacher training in the face of labor reform. In addition, teaching new subjects, such as computer program-ming, English, civic education, and independent and interac-tive learning, demands a host of skills from teachers, while effective continuous training has to be implemented strate-gically within the limited time available.

主な取組 Main initiatives

　九州各県等の指導主事や大学教員が県域を越えて協議を行いながら、研修上の課題についての調査や情報共有、優れた研修事例の提供を行います。また、場所や時間を気にせずインターネット等を通して学べる研修プログラムの開発や大学教員等の教員研修講師リスト（データバンク）等を取り組むこととしています。

The network involves teacher guidance managers and uni-versity teachers from each prefecture in Kyushu, who gather together to discuss and share the results of surveys on cur-rent issues in teacher development, best practices, and other related information. The network also develops online train-ing programs that can be used anytime and anywhere, and creates a list (databank) of teacher training lecturers, includ-ing university teachers.

研修動画コンテンツの開発 Creation of training videos

　九州各県等での教育課題は様々ですが、地域だけでなく各県等に共通する課題について、大学のリソースを生かして、九州全体で研修プログラムの充実を目指して研修動画コンテンツの開発に取り組んでいます。　令和元年度は、プログラミング教育等の新しい教育課題や特別支援教育、学習指導の基礎基本等の初任者向けの研修動画コンテンツを開発し、各県等の研修での利用の促進を図ることとしています。

Each prefecture in Kyushu has its own educational chal-lenges. Leveraging the university’s resources, the network creates training videos designed to help tackle the chal-lenges faced by schools not only in individual communities but also at the prefectural level, and aims to enhance training programs in the whole of Kyushu.

In academic year 2019, the network created training videos covering new educational topics such as programming edu-cation, special needs education, and the basic skills in learn-ing guidance for new teachers, and promoted use of the vid-eos in training carried out in the prefectures of Kyushu.
