El-Ashraf Firm for Contracting and Real Estate
Investment was incorporated in 2008 in Cairo to set up
economic units to be offered to the Egyptian market.
Actually, the company's first project was initiated in
2009 in Maryuteya Area, in Giza Governorate…!
Based on our deliberate study of the market, we found
out the need of the Egyptian market to have
independent entities to be set up to serve construction.
We picked out the required human elements as a
nucleus for creating an economic group intended to
serve the local contracting sector…!
Then indeed, in 2014, the entity of the company and
its activities were changed so as to become El- Kady
Group for Investment and Development (EGIDCO) to
cope with the needs of the real estate market at a high
level of professionalism that respects its customers and

The strategic plan of the production depends on
optimal usage of raw materials in compliance with
the international criteria in aluminum industry.
