En EEUU, los housing starts en enero bajaron a 1567M o -3,6% mensual respecto a diciembre (anterior 1626M). Los permisos de construcción subieron +9,2% mensual (anterior -3,7%). Los precios al productor en enero avanzaron 2,1% anual (anterior 1,3%), y el subyacente subió 1,7% anual (anterior 1,1%).En ese contexto las bolsas avanzaron en EEUU y Europa; el rendimiento del USTN 10 años se ubica sin cambios en 1,5627%, mientras el oro sube 0,63%, luego que China lanzó nuevas medidas para apoyar a las empresas locales que están siendo afectadas debido al brote de coronavirus.Según WSJ, el gobierno chino a través del Ministerio de Industria y Tecnología de la Información dijo que el gobierno conectaría las fábricas con las compañías de tecnología para identificar los eslabones débiles en sus cadenas de suministro. La asistencia es uno de los varios pasos que Pekín y las autoridades locales chinas han tomado para limitar las consecuencias económicas del coronavirus.El cobre sube a US$ 2,6085/lb.El sol se aprecia a 3,3815.
