Project Objectives is to develop the molding inductors including class 155℃ and 180℃ product series with high electromagnetic performance, high stability and reliability.

Together we engage in manufacturing of molding inductors using carbonyl iron powder, FeSiCr

powder and other metallic soft magnetic powder, researching topics such as powder insulation and

choice of binder and molding process, in order to acquire such ingredients, processes and technology.

Electromagnetic Simulation

We attach importance to the cooperation with customers. Our FAE engineers and R & D

engineers participate in the product design of customers at the first time, and use EMS software

to simulation. We have accumulated certain experience in magnetic circuit optimization and

temperature rise simulation.
