► Less motivation from developer if not owned property 非持有型物业在设计前期为节省资金，不肯投入并落实节能方案；

► Stuck in behavior energy saving and early stage education 停留在行为节能，“学前教育”阶段；

One of air diffusers was removed in the 1F_AHU which servers the Kaina area. 在1楼空调箱,其中一个散流器被拆除�

Recommendation: Put the air diffuser back to the air outlet. 建议：把散流器放回到出风口�

The AHUs controls are all in the manual mode. 空调箱的控制模式都处在手动模式�

Recommendation: Optimize the AHU control schedule based on the store business hours and then put the AHU control in the auto mode. 建议：按照实际营运时间优化空气处理箱的控制时间，然后把控制放到自控模式下�

The chilled water pump is equipped with Variable Frequency Driver (VFD), but there is no control on it. The frequence is at 50HZ all time. No energ saving. 冷冻水泵配备了变频器，但是没有任何控制，频率一直在50hz.没有节能.�

Recommendation: Use the existing control system to control the VFD based on the conditions of the cooling load 建议：用现有的控制系统对变频进行控制�

Computer, printer, air conditioner, air cleaner电脑及其显示器、复印机、打印机、空气净化器、小电器插座、空调温度设定等

► Use Timer 善用定时器 Shut down of drinking fountain with timer after working hour will save 240KW/H以饮水机加装定时器为例，下班关机，每年可省240度电。一台饮水机年约节省250度电。

► ON/OFF Energy Saving 开关机节能

Shut down of computer after working hours/ in holidays, will each save 375 KW/H annually; in the case of printers, will each save 1,476 KW/H annually电脑下班与假日关机，每台每年节375度电；复印机下班及假日关机，每台每年节1,476度电；
