GREENLANDIC CULTURE AND PRODUCTION BEHIND THE DISHESAs the leading cultural center in Greenland, Katuaq is working to exploit what Greenlandic hunters, fisher-men and local producers has to offer.Greenlandic Greenhouse delivers locally produced salads and herbs to Cafétuaq as much as possible. In addition, we have several dishes based on Green-landic ingredients.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESSOne of Katuaq’s goals is to be more sustainable. During 2019, all take-away packaging and disposable services will be replaced with either melamine products or biodegradable and compostable materials.
