Tokyo Immigration Bureau issues the Certificate of Egibility
Payment of tuition fee
* After issuing of the Certificate of Eligibility, the
applicant must apply within a month.

*The school will apply on the student's behalf. After
obtaining the certificate, the school will contact the
represenative agent or the applicant.
● Experience of Japanese language education for 150 hours or more, and acknowledge of the institution for
equivalency of Japanese language ability level N5 or higher of the JLPT.

● Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

● Score of 150 or more in the Examination for Japanese Admission
for International Students (EJU)
● It is permited to work part time (max. 28 hours per week) to those who apply for the "Permission to
engange in activities other than permited under the status of residence previously granted" (work permit)
● To get a student Visa it is required a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) issued by the Japanese Immigration
Bureau.
Qualifications
● On behalf of the students, the school will apply for the COE with the given documents.
Regarding the Japanese proficiency level, one of the listed below must be applied.
