ALGORITMO PARA LA INTERPRETACIÓN DE LOS GASES SANGUÍNEOS
Na y Cl normalmente se mueven hacia la misma dirección.
Si el sodio va hacia arriba y el cloro hacia abajo, entonces sospechamos: ACIDOSIS
RESPIRATORIA O ALCALOSIS METABÓLICA.
Un Cl BAJO refleja un Bicarbonato ALTO
