Getting Started

Requesting an eSales Account

1. Open a web browser and navigate to our website: www.redneck-trailer.com.

2. Click on the button on the left-hand side labeled “Request eSales Account”.a. New Customers : Click the link “New Customer Profile Form”. Please fill

out this form with all the information about your business. Typical turn around time for a new account is two business days. If you wish to expedite the process you can contact your branch after submitting the application. Please call 1-877-9REDNECK (1-877-973-3632). Once you have your customer number you can precede to section (2b).

b. Existing Customers : Click the link “eSales Account Application Form”. Fill out this form with your business’ information. Please note to include accurate Ship To and e-mail information. Accounts are automatically generated every hour throughout the business day. If you submit your application and do not get a response to the email which you provided please contact the Help Desk at [email protected]

Logging in to the eSales website

1. Open a web browser and navigate to our website: www.redneck-trailer.com.2. Click the “eSales Login” button. You will be directed to the login screen for our

eSales website.3. Enter the login and password that were provided to you in their respective fields

and click the “Log in” button.

** If there is a problem with the login and/or password you will receive an error message in red. Please contact [email protected] with the error. **

Catalog Information

PDF CatalogRedneck Trailer Supplies’ 2009 Parts Catalog is available to our customers in an electronic PDF format (Figure 1) as well as physical format. Customers wanting to view the electronic catalog, please follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser to our website, www.redneck-trailer.com and click on the “Product Catalog” button.

2. In order to view the catalog, Adobe Reader must be installed on the computer. Customers will find a link labeled “Get Adobe Reader” on this webpage as well as a drop-down menu listing the sections of the catalog. Simply select the section you wish to browse and press the “Go” button and it will load that portion of the catalog.

Requesting Hardcopy CatalogThe 2009 Parts Catalog is also available to customers in a hardcopy. There are two ways to request a catalog be sent to your business.

1. Contact your branch office at 1-877-9REDNECK (1-877-973-3632).2. Click the “Product Catalog” button on our website, select your closest branch, and

fill out the request form.

Ordering

Searching eSales

There are two basic ways to search Redneck’s inventory on the eSales website: Keyword and Category.

Keyword Search – allows a user to search by a keyword, part number, reference number, or description.

Category Search – allows a user to search by a product category name or number (Axles Torsion / 0202 as an example.

To perform a search:1. Once logged in to eSales move the mouse of the tab labeled “Products”.2. A submenu will appear with the choices: Keyword, Category, etc.3. Choose which search you want to perform and then enter your search parameters into

the empty text box and hit the “Go” button. You search results are returned to the screen (Figure 2). Notice the left hand column labeled “Product”. The blue links under each part number are clickable and will give you a detailed breakdown of that product.

** Please note the more specific the search, the better results you will have. **

Adding items to order

After searching for your products, you will see a search results page (Figure 2). If you already see the product you want and there is inventory available, you can enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the “Add to Cart” column, and then press the “Add to Cart” button. The product will be added to your Shopping Cart.

If you want more information on a specific product click on the blue link of the product and the Product Detail page will load (Figure 3).

This screen gives you important information about the product: a description, product/reference number, available stock at your branch AND company-wide as well as price per unit.

Again, if there is inventory you can enter the Order Quantity and hit the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your Shopping Cart.

Removing items from your Order

At any point while you are logged in you can view your Shopping Cart by clicking the

icon.

This will load your current Shopping Cart / Order. From this screen you can adjust the quantity of items you want, but making the change in the Quantity field and hitting the

icon.

You can also remove the line item from the order entirely by clicking the icon.

For those customers that already know their product numbers or references numbers there is a section labeled “Add Items to Shopping Cart” to quickly add multiple line items to an order. Simply fill in the quantities and product numbers and hit the “Add” button. Your shopping list will be updated accordingly.

Checking Out

Once you have your products added to the shopping cart you need to checkout to complete the order. You can start this process by clicking the “2 Shipping” button while in the Shopping Cart.

In this screen make sure your Bill To and Ship To address is correct. You also need to add any additional notes such as PO numbers, special shipping instructions and most importantly, Ship Via. Typically the Ship Via field will need to have your Truck Run number in it, unless you wish to receive via a third-party shipper such as UPS or a local carrier.

Once you are satisfied with the shipping information, click the button labeled “To Checkout” and you will see the Order Summary screen (Figure 5). If everything looks correct click the “Place on Account” button and the order will be placed.

You will be given an order number and an Order Confirmation will be emailed to your email address.

** At this time our website DOES NOT allow payment via credit card. It will choose COD or NET based on how your business is setup with us. If you wish to pay with a credit card you will need to call your branch at 1-877-9REDNECK (1-877-973-3632) and give them the order number and the credit card information. **

Miscellaneous Information

Account HistoryCustomers can view their business’ account information with Redneck by clicking the “Profiles” tab and then on the “Account” submenu.

This screen while show general account information, as well as balance history, credit limits, terms and other miscellaneous information.

Order HistoryCustomers can also lookup past orders placed with Redneck. This includes orders placed via online, phone or in person.

Click on the “Orders” tab and then on the “Order Inquiry” submenu. Fill in the appropriate search parameters and “Go”. A summary of all orders matching your parameters will be returned.

You can get detailed information on each order by clicking on the underlined Order Number.

This order detail screen will give you all information relating to an order including the line items on the order and the ability to track the package.

Price List

As a customer you have access to the price list relating to your price level, dealer, wholesale, etc. This price list is provided in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. You will need either Microsoft Excel or Excel Viewer installed on your computer to view the file. A link to the free Microsoft Excel Viewer is provided on our website.

To download the price list simply click on the “Product” tab and the “Price List” submenu option. A webpage will load with a blue link with the name of the Price List. Click this link and you will be prompted to download the file to your computer.

** Please note, if you do not receive a prompt to download the file, follow the on-screen instructions to configure your web browser to download the file. **
