Ｓ社製通過後の圧縮エアーを測定、0.3ミクロンの不純物粒子が約500万個/㎥（5000個/㍑）検出される。（エレメント交換後３か月）

パーティクルカウンター圧縮空気１ℓ中の微粒子数を測定

設置後、圧縮エアーの改善を行ったため、塗装不良は4～5％になる。今後はこの不良率を無くすための調査を行う。

車体の塗装で約30％の手直しが慢性的に発生、別ラインの塗装で採用をしていただいた担当者の方が“前田シェルさんを呼んでエアー測定を行い原因を追究したらどうか？“と指令がかかりご相談頂く。

Ｓ社製のフィルターが設置されているにもかかわらず不良が発生するためT-110A-1000T-120A-1000計16台を別ラインから移設（エレメント全数交換）ロボット制御盤手前に設置。

Eye hole and seeding has happened at painting

process to car bumpers. They installed S company’s filter. The filter works moments after they replace filter but defect had happened in a second.

(percent defective 10%)

After measuring the compressed air front

side of electrostatic painting robot

controller through filter from S company,

detected 2000 particles/ℓof 0.3μ

impurities.（element replacement has done 5month earlier）

After measuring air through our

④Effect

After measuring the compressed air through

filter from S company detected about 800 particle of 0.3μ impurities, whereas through our T-107A-1000 hadn’t detected particle of 0.3μ.

In fact, defect rate of painting robot which installed our T-107A-1000 was almost 0%, but S filter still had eye hole and seeding.

Establish a difference of performance, customer install T-107A-1000 at other four painting robots.

③Improvement Plan

Installed our T-107A-1000 to a painting robot out of five robots and compare the air quality with S company’s filter(after replace each filter).

air conditioner, Dama and Hageki frequently occured. The reject rate became 10% or more, and it required substantial time for resurfacing.

②Cause

The Screw compressor of 100 horsepower are used.

Because the outflow of oil was suspected, the measurement was executed to find 0.3μ or more about 200,000 of impurities not less than 0.3μ detected.because the outflow of oil was thought,

This seems to be the cause of Dama and Hageki.

スクリューコンプレッサー１００馬力からの

油分の流出が考えられる為、エアー品質測定を

There happened tiny bubble flaws at the painting process of high class unit bath fabrication factory. The failure rate is about 5 to 7% and even a tiny dot makes a product defective.

It is normal to control air with zero particles of 0.3u at high rank painting factory.

Used the Air Micrometer made by company T.Although the filter made by company T was installed, it didn’t remove drain and occasionally the customer couldn’t obtain an accurate measurement because of float fixation.

Installed T-105A-1000, used the filter made by company T whose element was changed as a processing filter, and installed M-140A-5 at the main line.

Problem before adopting 3in1 Multi Dry Filter

At assembly line of fuel injection equipment, assemble machine stops a month in average due to abnormal stroke of the mini-cylinder in the machine. Foreign particles were found on the surface while inspecting products, which required extra work.

After adopting 3in1 Multi Dry Filter + Membrane Dryer

In 7 months after installation, there happened no assembler stops or mixture of foreign particles, or no rework. This contributed to higher operation efficiency of assembly machines.

Proposal of improvement

We proposed to install 3in1 Multi Filter (T-105A) and Membrane Dryer (MMD-50) to improve compressed air quality for dedicated assembly machine (removal of impurities and dehumidification).

Advantage of quality improvement of compressed air

No stroke fluctuation of mini-cylinder occurred and its abnormal operation disappeared. No foreign particles were found after the leakage tester of the assembly machine.

1. Problems

Frequent troubles of the impact wrench in the assemble line, which happened every 3 days.

The maker could not identify the cause, which resulted in 10 failures a month.

1. Problems

Measuring the compressed air of impact wrenches , there found more than

10 thousands impurity particles larger than 0.3um, which seemingly caused the machine troubles.

3. Countermeasure

Installed 10 devices of T-105A-100 at the engine assembly line and also a line filter M-180A to remove dew condensation water due to the long line of the compressor to the engine assembly line.

4. Advantages

After elimination of all impure particles, the trouble of impact wrenches went away. This could keep the machine trouble ZERO for more than 3 months.

This improvement contributed another adoption of our filter in the new assembly line.

Customer had concerns with product faults due to the followings which would be included in the compressed air that blew products directly.

1) water drop, 2) impure particles, 3) fungi/bacteria

Although customer has adopted the quality management system using AIB, impure particles of more than 0.3u size were found about 200 pcs/L in the compressed air. Since filters used are not antibacterial for both domestic and foreign made, they had not protected completely.

ＡＩＢの導入により、品質管理体制構築されていましたが、圧縮空気測定を実施したところ、圧縮空気中に、０、３μｍ

また、使用フィルターは国内製及び海外製フィルターを併用していましたが、抗菌使用のフィルターでは無かったため、カビ・細菌の流出も考えられました。

Although 90% iron powder contained in the cutting oil for the shaving process machine was removed by the magnetic separator, it was unable to remove contaminations generated in the preceding process of shaving, and the impurities scratched the surface of the cutter.

シェービング加工機切削油に含まれる鉄粉はマグネットセパレータで９０％くらいは取り除けるが、シェービング加工機前工程で発生するコンタミは除去できず、カッター面にダメージを受け、歯面キズの発生原因になっていた。

・歯面のキズ発生がなくなった。・キズがなくなることによって生産効率が上がった。・各S/V機の切削油を抜き切削油をクリア２０（２台67万円）にて清掃して切削油のロングライフ化を進める。・ドライブギア内径加工、S/V加工機に不良対策として、

クリア５ 3台（37万円）、クリア１０ 3台（62万円）取り付け。

トライでマグナムクリア５を設置。

予想していた通り、コンタミの集積が出来ており、精度の向上に貢献できる物として評価頂いている。

機器使用環境の室温が、２４℃±１に設定必要である為、エアコン空調及び機器の廃熱部にダンプラを使い放熱

の工夫を行い機器の故障防止と性能維持を行っている。

新規導入の超精密成形平面研削盤の平面度０．１μまで可能な研削盤に取り付けてある既存の濾過式フィルター

５μ精度である為、加工精度の向上とスクラッチ傷を防ぐ為、平面研削盤導入と同時にマグナムクリア５“を設置
