DHA has developed a customers / visitors / investors service charter in the Emirate of Dubai especially for Expo 2020.
Before arriving into the emirateDHA is committed to provide the customers, investors and visitors with all information of health insurance, health care services, medical tourism and highlighting Dubai as a leading health care center before they arrive to the emirate using all channels of communication.
Upon arrival DHA is committed to provide medical fitness services in innovative ways upon arrival of investors and workers, link all medical reports with the unified electronic file and the public health control system, and also serve visitors through the airport clinic upon arrival in the emirate.
While staying in the EmirateDHA is committed to provide primary health care services, emergency services and specialized medical services through the Integrated hospitals, facilities and centers of DHA at the four-site Expo, and link all medical reports with the unified electronic file system and the public health control system.
After stay and returnDHA is committed to provide all health reports through the application of “my chart” and to send private and secure medical reports to concerned persons after returning home.
DHA has defined the journey of the customers / visitors / investors to the Emirate and identified the initiatives, projects and innovative services that DHA will provide before their arrival to the Emirate, upon their arrival, during their stay and after their safe return to their homes:

Hasana - Public Health Surveillance NetworkThe Public Health Surveillance Network aims to monitor and reduce the spread of infectious diseases, follow up basic vaccinations and manage vaccination campaigns in Dubai.
SheryanA network of health care specialists among the UAE's health authorities as the only source of approved data for the issuance of temporary medical licenses to some profession-als enabling them to take care of the needs of exhibitors and visitors at Expo 2020.

Salama - The unified electronic medical fileThe unified electronic medical file that aims to create a unified electronic record for each patient, available in all the centers of DHA. It also provides doctors with accurate data on patients to help them in decision making, to achieve the best medical outcomes.

SalemAn integrated intelligent system designed to improve the customer's journey, reduce waiting time, and provide all services in one place, with the best methods, electronic systems and smart technologies.
Dubai Health Experience - DXHThe site includes a variety of travel information including how to obtain a UAE visa (if required), in addition to the option of booking the hotel and the round-trip tickets on Emirates Airlines. The site includes more than 17 hospitals, 45 health facilities and more than 600 health packages.
Health Facilities Performance Assessment SystemA smart system measuring the performance of all health facilities in Dubai including an integrated star rating system that will be available for the public in the emirate.
DHA Central Call CenterFull fledge central Call Center acts as DHA’s first line of customer service, responding to customer’s inquires, booking medical appointments and ease the communication of custom-ers with DHA through telephone, website and social media channels.
