Submissions

Please remember that the deadline for Newsletter submissions is the 20th of the month preceding the publication. I have been receiving a great majority of submissions on the last day or two of the month, which causes me to dedicate an enormous amount of time to last minute inclusions. I only mention this as I will not always have the time to add late entries so if your submission is not included in the immediate newsletter, it will be included in the following month’s. Also, if you send in a photo or “piece” of information you would like included, please attach any relevant information as well (e.g., dates, locations, names, etc.). It is hard to track down some of those things and I would like to keep disseminated information as accurate as possible. Fraternally, Howard W. Seibert Cell: (520) 226-1609 Email: [email protected] or [email protected]

Upon becoming a master mason and paying his annual dues the new member is issued a dues receipt card, the possession of which is one of the requirements for admission as a visitor to a lodge other than his own. The rights and privileges of a master mason are often one and the same, but are often also distinguishable. A mason for example, has the right to participate in the affairs of his lodge; he has the privilege of visiting other lodges. Perhaps the greatest single benefit of Masonic membership is the sheer joy of participation, particularly in helping confer the degrees. Another great benefit of Masonic membership is Masonry's universality. No matter where a mason goes in the United States or overseas, he is never far from a Masonic lodge. Andrew M. Anderson Jr. 33°

If you have a different ritual, or may have forgotten ANY of the masonic teachings, we will gladly assist you. We hope you will join us at our next lodge meeting!
