Audit program

The trainers / dispatchers will be randomly presented on clients sites / terminals / parking lots to perform the audit.

• The audit will touch customers where there are the major problems / complications / non compliances

• The involved drivers will not be familiar in advance with programmed audit.

• During the audit a dedicated checklist is filled in and subsequently analyzed.

The results will be analyzed and according to these results we will define additional training or in the worst case scenario we may

exclude the driver with a bad results from the specific customer or we may exclude him from Arcese collaboration.

Driver Card:

• After every training session will be the driver’s ID card marked on the training topic which has the driver passed through.

• On the back side of the ID card will be a clear review of all reached trainings and audits performed

Training program: focus eco-driving

ECO reports monitor of driving style and performance of drivers

For each driver can be visualized a graph with his personal results in selected period. The graph compares results achieved by driver according to average results of a group of drivers.

On the basis of this graph, which is examined together with drivers, trainer can address the training accordingly.

Eco performance is a detailed list of various data, such as: distance, duration, total and average fuel consumption, average RPM, average CO2 emission, speed, duration of idling, nr. of stops, nr. of brakes, distance cruise control, panic brakes, distance by braking, position of the accelerator, nr. of gearings, and many others.

THE MOBILE APP

Thanks to the mobile app, drivers can receive missions to be

executed directly on their own compatible devices, no matter what

kind of device they have.

Data can be received both on request or in push mode, directly

from the Arcese ERPs.

All every-day driver tasks are handled by the app! The driver can

select and execute a mission, see the stops and all the operations

that should be completed in every place (such as load, unload,

repositioning of goods, etc.).

Operation completions or failures cab of course be tracked by the

app and sent back to Arcese ERPs, as well as the geographic

positions (if this feature is enabled).
