Shihlin Official Residence: Shilin Official Residence was the former home of the late President Chiang Kai-shek. In 1996,

it was placed under the care of the city government and partially opened to the public, lifting the veil of mystery that

had hung over the estate for nearly half a century.

Yangmingshan: Yangmingshan National Park is the only park in Taiwan that has volcanic geography and hot springs.

The magnificent mountainous scenery and comfortable weather have made Yangmingshan National Park a perfect

summer resort.

Miaoli Hakka Museum: Called “Age of Discovery,” the 15th and 16th centuries saw a wave of global migration. At the

time, mainland China was in political chaos and economic unrest, and therefore Hakka people moved aggressively

to Taiwan. Those Hakka ancestors reclaimed the land and completely settled themselves down in Taiwan, not only

practicing the customs and rituals that they had brought from their original hometown but also absorbing the nutrients

from the new soil. A diverse and rich Hakka culture has thus burst out in Taiwan!

921 Earthquake Museum: At 1:47 AM on September 21, 1999, Taiwan experienced one of its worst natural disasters of

the past century - a 7.3-magnitude earthquake that devastated the central part of the island. The 921 earthquake

museum of Taiwan located in Wu-Feng County conserved the damage caused by Ji-Ji earthquake such as collapsed

school buildings, fault rupture and elevation of riverbank. And thus the museum is a precious teaching material for

natural science.

The Pier-2 Art Center: It was once an abandoned and forgotten warehouse buried in history, However, with a group

of persistent artist who injected waves of creativity and inspiration into the area, the Pier-2 area was released and re-

born making the region a place where tourist and locals can come together to enjoy fine art. With the collision of an

old area and new fine art, Pier-2 becomes an area of new vitality and liveliness.

Banana Wharf: This two-story canopied structure was built at Kaohsiung Harbor's Wharf No. 3 in 1963. The open-air

design, unique among storage facilities at the port, enabled the natural ventilation required for storage of bananas.

Modernization and declining banana exports eventually consigned the Banana Warehouse to the annals of history.

Ciatou Creative Park: The Ciaotou (Qiaotou) Sugar factory, which opened in the Japanese Colonial period, was

Taiwan's first sugar factory which incorporated modernized machinery, and is already over 100 years old. 19 heritage

sites have been preserved, including the factory's imitation baroque tropical colonial architecture, along with the red

tile water tower and life-sized statues of Guanyin, recounting Taiwan's past struggle for economic development.

Sun Moon Lake: The Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area is praised for its five major recreational systems. Divided by

Lalu Island, the Sun Moon Lake scenic area got its name from the unique terrain that looked like a sun on one side and

a crescent moon on the other. Crowned as one of the Eight Wonders of Taiwan. Sun Moon Lake is also the most famous

source of hydroelectric power.

Wenwu Temple: The architecture of the temple has the palace style of northern China. It is a large and imposing

structure.The bronze statue of a seated Confucius makes this also the only Confucius temple in Taiwan that contains

an image of the sage.

Cingjing: Qingjing Farm follow the herbage rebirth of the seasonal changes in March, the garden turns green, the

procreation of the cows and sheep. You will feel the luxuriant of the peach blossom, the pear bloom, and the apple

bloom during the spring season in Qingjing Farm. April is the month for picking the spring tea. The digitalis bloomy with

purple bright-red flowers is in the bucolic area. May is the season for the chrysanthemum in the bucolic area and the

rhododendron bloom in the Hehuan Mountain. Besides the different views in spring and summer, the scenery during

autumn and winter has other kinds of view in Qingjing Farm.

Martyrs Shrine: The shrine is dedicated to the 390,000 soldiers killed in the service of their country during the War of

Resistance against Japan and the civil war between the Chinese Republican and communist forces. A major

attraction at the shrine is the hourly ceremony for the changing of the honor guard in front of the main gate.

National CKS Memorial Hall: This memorial hall was built in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, the first president of the

Republic of China. The memorial hall is white with a blue roof, representing the dominant colors in the ROC flag. A

bronze statue of Chiang looks west symbolically to the Presidential Office Building and mainland China.

Jiufen: It is said that long time ago there were only nine families in Jiufen. Before the roads on land were built, all

materials were transported via ships. Thus a habit was formed that nine pieces of same object were purchased at one

time for reservation. Hence, the place was called Jiufen.

Shihfen Old Street: It does boast the unique attribute of serving as the only old street in Taiwan,which trains pass through

on a daily basis. As they happily enjoy gourmet snacking, visitors can enjoy the sight of trains passing along the

unfenced railway gates.

陽明山國家公園小油坑:是台灣北部陽明山國家公園內的一處火山噴氣孔，位於七星山西北麓，海拔約 805 公尺，亦為七星山登山口之一。為凹口

式的火山活動地形，噴氣孔終年有硫氣與蒸氣噴出，溫度頗高

苗栗客家文化館:本園區占地 11.2公頃，園區依基地所在的丘陵起伏地形設計，並利用水與綠景紋路所構成的人工山丘包覆主建築物，創造出梯田

景觀的意象。為全球客家文化與產業研究交流中心，兼備典藏、展示、觀光、教育推廣等功能。

夜市： 台中夜市是特色小吃聚集的地區，異國風味小吃近來異軍突起。

霧峰 921地震教育園區: 1999年 9月 21日，台灣發生芮氏規模 7.3的強烈地震，為提醒大眾重視防震及救災措施，改建「地震紀念博物館」。為

凸顯斷層經過所造成的地景與校舍毀壞，本園區之建築將展示館與原毀損校舍整合為一。

駁二文創園區：高雄新景點，原本是高雄港內的倉庫搖身一變成為充滿藝術氣息的藝術基地。用鐵製成的裝置藝術，為冰冷的倉庫注入新生命，有

趣的藝術商店和充滿特色的小店，更是吸引遊客必到打卡一遊的熱門景點。

香蕉碼頭: 50年代台灣香蕉大量出口日本，高雄香蕉碼頭因大量出口香蕉而有此名稱。

橋頭文創園區: 有超過百年歷史，列為市定文化景觀，製糖工場、日式木屋、防空洞、紅磚水塔等昔日古物保存完好;沿襲自日治時代的社宅事務

所與俱樂部不但具有歷史意義，外觀除了架高的地基外，迴廊與連續拱門仿自歐洲建築風格。

十鼓:為亞洲第一座鼓樂主題國際藝術村。為鼓樂藝術成立主題文創園區的創舉，不但讓工業遺產及台灣鼓樂的發揚，有了重要基地，也讓廢棄糖

廠搖身一變成為文創及極限體能運動場域，創造台灣糖業史與鼓樂史奇蹟。

日月潭國家風景區: 位於臺灣南投縣魚池鄉日月村，全潭面積 827公頃，湖面周圍約 33公里，北半部形如日輪，南半部形如月鉤，故而得名。「雙

潭秋月」為臺灣八景之一。也是臺灣原住民邵族的居住地，生活在潭水四周的族人稱「水社海」。過去平埔族稱居住於山裡的原住民為「沙連」，故

日月潭舊稱水沙連，此外，尚有「水社大湖」、「龍湖」、「珠潭」、「雙潭」等名稱。

文武廟: 位於日月潭山腰上因供奉孔子、岳飛以及關羽而得名。廟宇以金黃色為主，巍峨聳立，氣勢非凡，值得細細欣賞以及品味。

清境農場: 此地之景致清幽，氣候宜人，山勢天成，感於此處「清新空氣任君取，境地幽雅是仙居」，於是將原名「見晴農場」改為「清境農場」，

清境農場之名因而沿傳至今。

青青草原: 海拔 1800 公尺的青青草原，是清境農場內最美麗的一塊淨土。青青草原前身是一片原始森林，後闢建為畜牧區，才成

為現在的青青草原。

忠烈祠:祠內供奉從中華民國成立前的革命烈士，到在抗日戰爭及國共戰爭中犧牲的 33萬將士官兵，大殿四面牆上，展示著英勇烈士的遺照及事

蹟。每逢春秋兩季，均由國家元首率領文武百官前來致祭獻花致敬。並能觀賞衛兵換班交接儀式。

中正紀念堂: 整個建築充分顯示中國特色之美，氣勢雄偉，公園內名花異卉，小橋流水，景觀壯麗。

九份山城: 位於新北市瑞芳山區上的九份老街保留著舊式日式建築，整條老街瀰漫著山城的氛圍，獨有的特產『九份芋圓』。陣陣飄來的茶香是

『阿妹茶樓』獨特的風味。商圈裡還有『昇平戲院』，是日據時代就留下來的戲院，不妨可以到昇平戲院拍照。

十分老街:這裡的老街是和火車鐵軌並存相連的，「火車門前過」的獨特鐵道風貌，讓不少歌手 MV，以及過去侯孝賢導演的電影「戀戀風塵」，都

選在十分車站取景拍攝，就算今天造訪十分老街，也能感受到它熱鬧多元的面貌。
