The factory calibration program can be suitable for CB448 and CB460B.

FAC calibration for truck wheel balancer

Step 1: Power on the machine and install the 14” car tire on the wheel balancer then input the three parameter （ dis/br/dia） of the tire.

Step 2: Calibrate ----car tire DYN balance model

Press the ENTER button ,

There shows “P” on the left display.

Preparing work

Press “Dis+” to enter “ SET –UP”

Press “ENTER” to enter “IN–TES ”

Then press “ENTER” to enter “POS” “XX”

Rotate the tire by hand slowly and the POS value will change.

When there’s 110, Press key.

Then continue to pull the tire and when there’s 120, press the key.

It will show the display “ADD”--” 0” like the following picture, then press the

” START” key.

There will show

“ADD”--”100” like the left picture after the tire stopped to rotate.

Pull the tire till the indicator light all shine,

then put the 100g weight

on the rim outside 12 o’clock place.

Then press “START” key

to run the machine for calibration.

There will show “100”--”ADD” on the display like below picture after the tire stopped to rotate. Then remove the 100g weight.

Pull the tire till the inside indicator light all shine then put the 100g weight on the rim

inside 12 o’clock place.

Press the key to run machine and there will show “SAU”—”dAt” on

the display when the tire stops.

The Factory Self-calibration for car tire is finished.

Because the CB460X and CB448X have two balance model ( for car tire and for truck tire), it must be calibrated under car tire balance model firstly and then calibrate under truck tire balance model to ensure the precise balance .The method of calibration under truck tire balance model is the same as under the car tire balance model.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:

• Please calibrate the machine with a car wheel and then with the truck wheel under each right mode, The machine only remain the settings after the complete instructions are entered, and at the end of the both car and truck calibration are completed, please remember to press HOME BUTTON first and then press DIA + button( which has an icon of floppy disc) immediately, you will hear three times beeps. and it will help to save the calibrate settings( Please find the attached CB460B USER MANUAL, ON PAGE 13, FIGURE 8 AND YOU WOULD FIND THE CLEAR INDICATION OF THE PROGRAM SET UP BUTTON AND DIA + ( FLOPPY DISC SAVE BUTTON).
