IPO Facebook, Inc. should be broken up as a monopoly under the SEC anti-trust laws, since itcontrols 15% of the marketplace and is quickly becoming the internet itself while possessing abusiness demeanor that is anything, but honorable or able to act in good faith.

Facebook, Inc. has demonstrated that it functions in much the same way as a NSA ShadowSurveillance Network while electronically capturing words and phrases to implementcounterintelligence reverse tactics against specific and randomly targeted Facebook end users.

Facebook's own electronic monitoring system regularly invents the violation that it then sanctionsagainst an innocent end user while falsely charging them with erroneous claims and duplicitousstandards of some crafted violation that further becomes a suppression tactic. Given Facebook'scyber tentacles that snake into a number of other internet based applications, often thisdisruption or period of suspension also tampers with the electronic media of businesses bycausing computer systems not to function as intended at the time of purchase and thereby spiritsaway many hours from professionals and consumers alike to repair the damage caused by theIPO.

In a recent report by Democracy Now, Facebook, Inc. has allegedly been utilized by LeonieIndustries after they were paid $120 million dollars by the U.S. Pentagon to produce propagandaand target legitimate journalists with USA Today after they investigated Leonie's businesspractices.

Facebook, Inc's modus operandi has prompted me to file of a federal legal complaint that is nowsixty-seven pages long against IPO Facebook, Inc. This action was at the written request of a U.S.regulatory agency. During the past few days we have witnessed multiple lawsuits being filedagainst the Facebook IPO and its CEO Mark Zuckerberg for conspiracy to commit insider trading.One day Zuckerberg and others might find themselves baking felony muffins with Martha Stewart.

Since IPO Facebook, Inc. makes it nearly impossible to file a complaint with a human customerservice representative, their corporation leaves Facebook end users at the mercy of predatory

software programs and the machinery of what increasingly appears something cousin to that of aveiled continuing criminal enterprise. Therefore today I have also remanded a consumercomplaint against IPO Facebook, Inc. to the Better Business Bureau [BBB] in San Mateo, CA.

What has become the unchecked misconduct standard of corporations today is likely causing myancestral cousin, Amadeo Giannini to roll-over in his grave. My family holds an interesting historyand following my cousin's discovery of gold on the cattle ranch in California, he later founded the

Bank of Italy and the Bank of America, but would have little in common with the Wall Streetbankersters who three years after affecting the massive fraud that collapsed the U.S. economyhave yet seen one member criminally prosecuted and imprisoned.

The financial worth of Facebook, Inc. does not impress me, but their continued misconductagainst specific and randomly targeted individuals under the fraudulent claim of their havingviolated some duplicitous TOS standard is a habitude that I find troubling as a consumer advocateand investigative journalist. The way we do anything is the way we do everything. Tens ofthousands of people read and follow my work around the world and these alleged "friendingcomplaints" are being electronically generated by IPO Facebook's software and then blamedagainst the Facebook end user. In my case as a validated FBI Whistleblower this also extends toinclude another layer of whistleblower retaliation, which together with the past twelve years ofpolitical sanctions and the outing of my clandestine security clearance, has made it necessary for

me to leave the nation of my birth and become an expat on my journey to Israel.

The dream and promise of America only exists as long as democracy remains alive in the heartsof the people. We all must live today in the tomorrows we created yesterday, recognize thehuman being in all people and eat life before life eats us.
