米国ユニシス社との商標使用料等に関する契約改訂についてRevision of the Agreement for License Fees, etc. with Unisys Corporation2005年10月に契約を改訂し、商用使用料を06.3期および07.3期で一括して支払済であり、08.3期より高度技術サポート料についてのみ、一定額を毎期支払う（年額20百万ドル／5年後更新）契約になっております。

The agreement with Unisys Corporation was revised in Oct. 2005. Under the revised scheme, Nihon Unisys paid license fees in a lump sum in FY06 and FY07. For only high level technical information/support, Nihon Unisys pays an agreed amount (US$20M/year with renegotiation after five years) to Unisys Corporation from FY08.
